Complaint[redacted] and [redacted], of Extraordinarily Clean in Nevada and Lake Tahoe, are scam artists. They cleaned my house about a dozen times, and each time, the house was left less and less clean. Hairs in the bathroom, rags that went black on the floors upon one swipe. the list is long. Additionally, they forgot to leave basic things out, like towels! and toilet paper, engendering angry tenants who ended up taking that anger out on me with bad reviews online, angry emails and complaints. Extremely painful to deal with this. They said they would clean the hot tub but never cleaned it. They sent me invoices asking for 60% more than they told me I was being charged. They didn't report damages, nor issues in the house for my attention, so again, I had to eat the bill for these, and also get dissatisfied and angry complaint from tenants. Finally, they trespassed, meaning they were using my house for their own stay, when I was not there, and staying for several days at a time, without my awareness, until they were busted. When I asked them for a refund for the last two cleanings, per their "100% satisfaction guarantee", they disappeared, and never responded to any of my myriad communications. These are NOT people you can trust, and I have thus filed a police report against them as well. Be warned!Product_Or_Service: housecleaning servicesDesired SettlementI would like the last two cleanings ($100 x 2 so $200) refunded, and the fees paid for my locks to be changed- $115- because of their trespassing.
