This business is a scam. They follow a script to evaluate their patients so every single person is given the same diagnosis. I do have their full script if needed. They pressure their clients into purchasing very expensive packages following their sales script. Including pressuring them into missing work by stating "Do you really want to delay your healing" and offering to write excuses. I met them through the veggie fest in dallas, have had back problems for years but after making an appointment and actually visiting them I was made aware that they are a scam. The very fact that literally everything they said during my evaluation is from the script that is supposed to be their official script had me highly worried. It's like going to a doctor with stomach problems and they give everyone the same diagnosis and antibiotics and ask you to bring in your entire family for urgent treatment as well. It should be illegal to follow scripts that give everyone the same evaluations when dealing with medical problems and focuses solely on the sale of their overpriced packages.

Worst part is, when I expressed my concern in form of a review on Google they have claimed that I never was there and must be confused. I'm pretty sure all the good reviews are due to promotions offered as I find it shocking how they have dealt with mine. Since they are claiming that I was never there, I want them to refund the charges. Not to mention that have ignored my cancellation of my follow up appointment that I have a copy of and called me on the day of stating they are worried because I'm not showing up for my appointment. And now they are claiming that I was never there. Very unprofessional and scary business.

I visited this chiropractic office on 6/2/17. Dr. Krystal B, the owner, was my treating chiropractor. I was seeking all options to improve my health. She was confident she could help me. I signed up for one year of treatment and paid 20% of the total treatment, $692.00. B told me she was always available. Later, I discovered they were open 3 hours a day, not on Fridays.
Each treatment includes 3 exercises patients complete on their own to warm up the spine. Patients take a number, sit and wait to be adjusted. This is a very rushed process of 5 - 7 minutes per patient for adjustments.
On 6/18/17, I informed Povie I would be moving and they were too far away with limited hours of operation. She was very nice & responded , "we owe you a credit" and she would get back to me. I never heard back from her so I messaged B that day inquiring about my refund. She responded by telling me that I may still owe her more money. I disputed that and she replied unkindly, "Don't ever message me again, I'm too busy taking care of people that care about their health." B then drafted my debit card another $734.
Note: On 6/15/17, B was so hurried she manipulated my neck with such intense force I experienced pain and could not move my neck for a week. I reported it to her that day & staff, Povie and they indicated this was part of the healing process. B just ignored me. I still experience problems with my neck many months later. During my visits, B told me not to visit any doctors as they would only scare me and she could "cure" my medical issues. These statements were made in the presence of my family.
I requested my medical records on 8/1/17 took over 30 days to receive copies. On 8/24/17, B drafted new invoices dated 8/1 for each visit to total all the money she took from me. She made up invoices & reports for each visit, after the fact, as she never took one copious note after my first visit 6/2/17 & saw patients back-to-back.
