In response, the broken off zipper on the wetsuit (not ripped) was NOT the equipment that was brought to Scotts' attentionIt was no secondary, broken respirator and leaking tanks - life threatening failures that were the cause of our concernIt seems to me that he has proven to be very good at deflecting the true issues, which were listed above(In the Original submittal)Also, the only reason we requested a partial refund was because we did not feel comfortable or safe completing the classes with *** and knew that in order to get certified, we would have to start over - somewhere elseThis is not a money thingThe money was already paid to Extreme Adventures, in fullI, personally was so traumatized by this experience that I have not continuedHowever, to prove this was not about the money, my fiancé did start over at a reputable school and is now certifiedThe ONLY reason we have pursed contacting the Revdex.com was out of concern and to hopefully bring these issues to someone's attentionOur intent was not to create a he said, she said situationWe are not angry about our experience, but we are upset with the dishonesty in response to our list of complaintsOur true worry is that someone will get hurt, not to mention how disappointed we were regarding the lack of conduct being met from an instructor to his students(See original submittal for details)You can also refer to Yelp to see the response and the inconsistencies there as well
