My husband and I was going to buy a car from Extreme AutoThe Salesman wrote all the paperwork upSent it to my credit union We had check in hand went back to Extreme AutoNoticed that the salesman had made a mistake on his own paperwork and would not go through with the dealAny good car dealers would have went through with the deal anyways even if he made the mistakeWas very upset with them

As for the 5000 suppose ably put into the motor. Was your mechanics not properly  inspecting the truck before it was sold to me. Dumping diesel into the motor was your fault not mine.

Extreme Autobody & Towing recently repaired my toyota corolla which had sustained serious damage to the body after being hit by a farm use vehicle. I dropped my vehicle off 8/22/16 and the work was completed 8/26/16. Mr. Thomas J. Noose the owner/operator had informed me that it could take up to 1 1/2 weeks to repair my vehicle and the job was completed in 5 days. I was extremely impressed with the work done on the corolla. Extreme Autobody had also done an excellent job cleaning the car inside and out. The paint job done was impressive as well. I would recommend Extreme Autobody & Towing to anyone needing any type of major or minor repair done. I had heard they did good job but they went above and beyond the service provided to me. Extreme Autobody & Towing did an absolutely superb job and I recommend this business to anyone needing their vehicle repaired-beautiful job you guys!

Review: I had purchased the truck back in january. The truck was suppose to come with the topper that came off the truck. Since then I have not received it since they sold it. A couple weeks ago they had got a topper that was in worse condition that the original topper. The back windows was plexiglass taped on. I said that it was not as good as the original and it was unacceptable. Now they won't get one since I already paid for it.Desired Settlement: I would like the topper to be in good condition like the original.

Review: Vendor was contracted to repair rust on parts of vehicle and paint to match remaining vehicle color. Estimated to take 5 days was completed in 5 weeks, color was a completely different color, did not match at all. In contacting vendor regarding the problem was informed only owner could deal with issue and owner not available nor did he ever return calls or make other contact. Contacted a competitive vendor and they confirmed work is inferior (color obviously not matching). Left for vacation the day vehicle completed and discussed with vendor upon return.Desired Settlement: Give credit for the inferior work performed. Taking from the invoice this would be $985.60 of the total bill of $2,659.23

Customer dropped off vehicle and said would rather have fixed correctly so problem so did not come back. Time table was not kept because parts had to be hand fabricated because replacement parts did not exist. Customer had option to bring vehicle back for repaint. Thought was waiting till end of vacation season before returning vehicle for proper color match. Still more than happy to repaint to customer satisfaction.

A while back a deer hit my car and I took it to Extreme Auto Body based on online reviews. [redacted] and his guys looked over the car thoroughly and found things the insurance adjuster had missed and reassured me he would contact [redacted] and get it covered for me. When I got the car back first thing I noticed was the quality of the work was superb, but on top of that, they went the extra mile to clean up the wheels of the car (years of brake rotor dust) and small things like re-grease my sunroof track.

More recently however, my fiancee and I purchased a used truck from a reputable dealer. We noticed it was leaking anti-freeze and took it to [redacted] at Extreme Auto Body. He did the initial assessment and not only diagnosed the problem but found NUMEROUS other issues the dealer should have caught, fixed and/or disclosed prior to purchase. [redacted] got me under the vehicle and showed me all the issues he had found and wrote up a list for me to take to the dealer. Thanks to him I was able to tell the dealer exactly what was wrong and how this vehicle shouldn't even be on the road. After some coercing, they agreed to take care of it. But had it not been for [redacted] at Extreme Auto Body we would have never known until the truck had fallen apart, most likely ending in an accident. I will not hesitate to take any of my vehicles here ever again, they do amazing work, best mechanic in the area.

I would never recommend this shop. Had my vehicle towed there after an accident. Went to retrieve vehicle to take to another body shop. Tried to pay towing bill and the owner of the shop refused to take payment or give me the keys to vehicle. I had to call the police. Then was able to pay towing bill and retrieve vehicle. Owner was very unprofessional . Was calling me 'sweetheart', and threatening me that I would have all these ' other charges'... Which was not the case after police department educated him. I will never go back there.
