The vehicle was sold as/is no warranty. [redacted] signed a Federal Buyers Guide stating it was as/is. He also signed a "We Owe" stating we owed him nothing after the sale.

Sold me an invalid warranty. Will not return calls. On 7/31/2012 I purchased a 2001 Jeep Wrangler from Extreme Auto Sales (EAS Finace LLC) 502 Norfleet Drive in Senatobia, MS. At the time of purchase I also bought a warranty from the manager [redacted]. Recently needing work to my jeep I called the warranty company and they said that a warranty never should have been sold on this vehicle. When I called [redacted] he said that I put oversize tires on the jeep myself when in fact the original sales ad shows the tires on the vehicle prior to my purchase. [redacted] confirmed by pulling the VIN and stated tires were installed one year prior to purchase. Then [redacted] said he sold the jeep as is although the contract clearly states the service contract/warranty at $1930.00 plus state taxes on 7/31/12 then he hung up on me. He will not return any calls and when I stated I would come there he got on the phone and was rude. I have made several attempts to contact the owner and resolve the issue but I cannot get anyone to return my calls. Desired SettlementI want a full refund from the warranty that is worthless or money repairs cost me which is roughly around $2400.00Business Response Extreme auto sales offers our customers a warranty through a third party. We sell all vehicles as/is. Mr [redacted] signed a buyers guide stating the vehicle is as/is. Mr [redacted] has made a claim on this warranty which was paid on 1/29/2013. If he wishes to cancel this service contract he may by calling [redacted] at X-XXX-XXX-XXXX They will refund to his lienholder on a pro-rata basis.

The false pretense and assurence for helping you with your car and then dismissing you.I bought a car on 06/02/2016 and did not recive copies of my paperwork. The next day had trouble (still)starting it Thursday got theere and the mechanic said to put heet in the tank. I did but still issues the check engine light came on. Called up to 6 times voicemail full no answer. Try Sat same closed sun and Mon finllay Tues after 3 times the said bring by after I got off which was 2 then I get there oh sorry our mechanic not here for the rest of the DAy bring tomorrow (wed) at 12pm and we will get it fixed up for u. I did Mr. [redacted] told me they are not responsible and that auto zone is not equipped to check the light and there is nothing they can do. Not once actually checking to see what was wrong or even popping the hood. I'm not the only one the wait out repairs on until warnties or lemon laws run out. Several people I work with have had the same issue appently.Desired SettlementTTo fix my carBusiness Response [redacted] purchased a 2004 Hyundia Santa Fe with 133k miles. It was a as/is purchase. She signed a buyers guide an many documents stating the fact it was AS/IS! we don't fix cars after the sale when sold as/is.. I have reviewed her files and she signed 5 as/is disclosures. Bought turck 3/28/14 it started losing power on 3/30/14. Took truck back to dealer to be fixed they kept it 9 days said it fixed but now it is worse. On 3/28/14 borrowed $11,800.00 to buy 2006 [redacted] 4 wheel drive truck from Extreme Auto Sales in [redacted] MS for my daughter,[redacted].She was dealing with the Salesman[redacted] and Manager [redacted] on the sale. She asked about a warranty and both of them told her that it would come with a warranty. When [redacted] showed her the final adjustment payments he asked [redacted] again if it came with a warranty and[redacted] said yes. Before we got home that day from [redacted] to [redacted], MS we noticed a vibration coming from the tires. She called them then and they told her the tires they had put on were probably not balanced and that when she came back for the bumper and bed liner they would have them balanced. On Sunday 3/30/14 the, "Check engine light" came on and when she was passing another vehicle the truck started losing power. She called Extreme and talked to[redacted] telling him what was going on.He told her to bring the truck back in on Wednesday, 4/2/14.She took it back on Wednesday, 4/2/14 but when she got there only 2 ladies were there. They told her that Wednesdays was[redacted]'s day off. They sent her to[redacted] in [redacted] to have the tires balanced.Balancing the tires did fix the vibration issue. She talked to[redacted] again on Tuesday, 4/8/14 and he told her that he forgot Wednesdays was his day off.He told her to bring it back on Monday, 4/14/14 and she asked if she could bring it back that day 4/8/14 and just leave it till they got it fixed but that she would need a vehicle to use. He said they could not let her have a car to use because their insurance would not cover it.She took the truck back on Monday, 4/14/14 and later that day got a call from[redacted] saying that he could not find anything wrong with it.She told him to get on the interstate and try to pass [redacted] and he would see what she was talking about. He called her back and said he saw what she meant and was taking it to a mechanic to see what was wrong and told her that they would fix it.[redacted] called her 9 days later on Tuesday, 4/22/14 and said they had tuned it up and put a new catalytic converter on it and that it was fixed. She picked up the truck on Wednesday, 4/23/14 and driving home just past[redacted], MS the truck started losing power she got off and headed back to Extreme but by the time she got back to[redacted] the truck would only go 5 miles an hour. She got off the interstate at[redacted] and left the truck at a mobile home dealership asking the manager if she could leave it there until Extreme came to get it.Her aunt picked her up and took her back to Extreme. When she got there[redacted] said that[redacted] would be calling her about it.She left the keys there and told them where the truck was. When[redacted] called he told her they were not going to do anything else to fix it because they had already spent $600.00 and that I had signed a document saying we were taking it, "As is".He told her that we could call the owner of Extreme, [redacted] on Friday. He did not say that they were going to go get the truck from[redacted], but they did.The next day 4/24/14 I found out that they had gone and gotten the truck in[redacted] from a man who called me and said his name was[redacted]. Evidently someone at Extreme had given my name and number to him because I have never heard of or know him.He told me that the turck was on the Extreme lot and that he is a mechanic and did I want him to take a look at it.I told him that I did not want him to do anything to the truck because I was going to call the owner [redacted] on Friday to see if they were going to fix it.Friday I called [redacted] and he told me that they did not know what else to do. He said that I had gotten my own mechanic on the truck.I told him that I did not get a mechanic and that I did not know the person who had called me and that he had said they had given him my name and number. I asked [redacted] again if they were fixing the truck and he said they did not know what else to do and had spent $600.00 already. Desired SettlementI would prefer to get a complete refund to pay off the loan and buy a truck from a different dealership. Business Response EXTREME AUTO SALES sold Ms[redacted] the 2006 [redacted] truck as/is. Its a 8 yr old truck with 137000 miles. It doesn't have any kind of warranty. She signed a AS/IS buyers guide. We have done everything we promised. The mechanic that came by here to check out the truck was sent here by her daughter. We did not give out Ms[redacted]s name or number. On [redacted] they are talking about "how good it does in the mud!!" Extreme Auto Sales is not going to do any repairs to this truck and Ms[redacted] need to remove it from the dealership. Thanks
