[redacted]  for the second time to build a patio cover And re-slope the concrete deck and I started to work with out  having any money on front by the time they give me the first check for 12,500 I was finish with 50% of the work, the check was returned to my bank four non sufficient founds they took several days to give me a payment of $4,000 and a week later they give me the $8,500 so I kept with the work their second was supposed to be $2,500 but they keep giving me small payments which I'm okay with that I'm always try to help my clients with whatever is in my hands mr. [redacted] ask my guy for some extras and they did it without consulting me which I was okay with that and one of the main reasons why the job got delayed it's because the money was not pay it on time and second reason because they keep sending my crews  back,  they send  my painter back at least 4 times because they have to go to work,  and he stop my carpinter two times because he wanted to add the columns which he didn't tell me until after they wore done and he keep arguing with my Carpenters how to do the work my Carpenters they  been on of the framing business for 24 years they have build houses and commercials projects  they dont need to be told how to do their job and my  concrete crew showed up mr. [redacted] stop them because he had a disagreement with his  wife which it cost me to reschedule the concrete twice and I have to pay close to $500 each time  for rescheduling the concrete  and my guys day,    it is being really hard to work with them because they don't communicate it's completely out of my reach to make them understand that  they have cost me my entire profit and more because of their disagreements and the lack of communication of both of them last time I spoke to them I told him that I will finish the project but I needed to have the money as soon as I finish and he told me that he will need a couple of months because they're getting divorced the first job that I did for mr. [redacted] was about a year ago and I did the roof repair on only  one day with no money on front when I finish the project I called him the next morning to pick up the check for the repair the total amount for the job was $1,500 which he only gave me $500 the next day after we finish, and it took him a couple of months to pay  the rest of the money like I said before I will always try to help my clients but I cannot expose myself to keep putting money out of my pocket I do have a family to support and yes all the time when they hired me I was leaving on 711 Westford Street at the time I was single,  I move in with my girlfriend on April 2016 and about the calls the I didnt answer  is the ones from his wife because I cannot deal with both of them I made the contract  with mr.
