Signed contract 8/17/and started work that same day and customer placed a deposit.? Drywall, texture and paint then commencedThat same dayCustomer picked paint from samples and walls were painted.On 8/21/customer demanded we paint the crown although it was not part of the scope
provided by AAA insurance company.We Performed painting of crown even before the adjuster approved in order to make customer happy.All painting was completed and we even painted the entry way(also not on scope).On 8/26/customer chose the marble tile to be installedTile job began and customer demanded diagonal patternDiagonal pattern was not on scope and adjuster even said not to install diagonal patternWe did so anyways so as to stop the yelling from customer.Tile job Completed on 9/2/2016.Customer was scheduled to make payment in order to purchase carpetSaid he would only pay half of carpetThis is when He contacted Revdex.comCustomer was explained that carpet was ordered but wanted the carpet immediately at home.Cabinets were completed 9/Carpet was to be delivered 9/But it rainedWe will not deliver and install carpet if it rains as the carpet would have gotten wet during delivery and cutting outside of home.Carpet completed by 9/16Went over touch up paint and punch listDishwasher and trash compactor installed 9/21Final cleaning occurred 9/23? Please note that during all this customer had leak on the other side of houseAll that work was completed in conjunction with this work? All work was completed 9/At which point customer still owed $for first loss and $for second lossCollected payments on 9/27? ? ? ? *** ***?
