Extreme Clean

I had had a death in the family the day before the project was finished ,this is no excuse buut the person I put in charge was not returning peoples calls.I personally talked to *** the day before and she took me in and showed me how happy she was .we did a lot of work for the $910.in fact I was
nice enough to come down in price for her.I will be glad to call her and rectify the situation.but I dont feel is justified as she was told that the wall may not be perfect and it is only now im hearing of the door not shuting

I bought a Groupon, but Tommy talked me into giving him directly an extra $100 for a pet area. So I paid the extra money for odorban with a 30 day guarantee. But when I tried many times to contact him on this guarantee and needing a freshener on the odorban, he gave me a very hard time and acted very rude about my request and wanted more money to come out and do that. I said I would not pay extra. He reluctantly said he would come after my persistence. He was extremely rude and proceeded to insult my home and carpet and my character. Tommy was very unprofessional in his dealings with me and has extremely poor customer service and business practices.","neg-1
