Review: I puchased a [redacted] for 3 blow outs. I was assigned to some awful man who told me my hilites were horrible, green grey and dingy. He then proceeded to blow dry my hair and 5 minutes later says my haircut is uneven and one side is shorter than the other...Shut up already!!! I went to use my voucher to pay and the [redacted] was annoyed that I didn't check in with it. I told her what happened and she offered a free service in the future. I already was stuck with 2 additional one from the voucher. I got a credit from [redacted] but I really felt horrible. it was xmas eve and this man was rude and condescending. I just left a tip so I could get the hell out of thereDesired Settlement: I want my tip back and an apology. I tipped the washer $2 and the jerk who insulted me $5. I want it in the mail as I will never set foot in there again!
