when customer dropped of vehicle he w:::s clearly advised to have unit sent overnightHe assured he would do so.The unit did not arrive ,and customer was called to find out hat was going on ,there no no answer and no phone call returned,the
vehicle was on a lock down mode at this time.When unit arrived and was connected , and car was not able to start the procedure to follow as advised by intoxalock is to go over the entire Installation, by doing so customer is responsible for additional labor
- The car was stored inside facility to assure safety , we had to leave other personal vehicles outside
to accommodate this customer .He would of only had to pay $calibration fee and nothing else if he would of followed procedure correctly and would of saves us and himself slot of trouble.it was never our intention to over charge him for anythingwe do hope he understands
when customer arrived.to pick up vehicle he was upset of the amount being charged to him, he ;tarted to speak disrespectful, intimidating and threateningThere was a lady waiting in the lobby and she was alarmed at the way he was speaking, she could not believe what we has to put up with,We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone under these circumstances and also for defamation and accusations,
customer said was travel of town due to work schedule , witch means he was aware and should of made proper arrangements to have picked up o a timely manner

Business' event recollection is not even remotely correctI have documented and recorded phone calls, as well as documentation from intoxalock showing call records from the businessAs well as transcriptions from intoxalock showing what the business' phone calls were aboutAs well as proper procedure for the situation, everything she stated needed to be done was falseAs stated in my original complaint, cost was never the issueBusiness' fails to mention details regarding my complaint and shows their lack of integrityThe vehicle had a new battery which was dead when I arrived however they stated it wasn't even movedWhen vehicle was started and fuel and mileage differed, I asked one employee and he said they were never drivenHowever when I questioned the lady who appeared to be a manager, she said that all vehicles must be driven to testYet in my documented phone calls she stated be file could not be driven whatsoever due to extra labor needing to be doneBusiness is avoiding real issue and provoking other matters which were never an initial concernThe place isn't in a great part of town and the shop isn't in great conditionI should have been more informed based on there already poor Google and Yelp reviewsI was never rude or aggressive, I was simply questioning things the lady could not answer, I have recordings of all conversations on premise as well as the documentation to prove my vehicle had been movedA simple answer to my question would have sufficed but she decided to have me escorted off premise when asked about vehicles condition

Refund not accepted, as I've iterated many times it was never a fault of cost or money but more that my vehicle was not returnees in the condition it was dropped offAnd no answers could be provided nor could anyone provide he same storyThis is to serve the purpose of advising others as to this business ethicsBeing escorted off the property and then painted into a corner, as though I was at fault when employees were confronted, this does not demonstrate good ethics/business practicesBeing lied too and then having the manufacture of the product correct them and state that they were told something different as well only further demonstrates the irresponsibility of this business and the individuals involved
