I am truly sorry that you feel our service was unsatisfactory to you. It is my understanding that we gave you a price to make repairs at the time the technician was at your home. Our technician said once he told you the price, you refused having us make the repairs, saying "I can't deal with this", then you shut the door on him while he was standing there. Our job is to help people in need. We wouldn't pay the expenses to send a technician to somebody's home, only to decline service and payment while we are on-site. This isn't the way we do business and it isn't the way we treat people. Clearly, this is a "He said, she said"  situation. It is not our intend to upset you. We were at your home to help you. I will contact you to see what we can do to make this situation better. Again, I am sorry for your frustrations with us.

first of all I was not rude, I did not yell and I tried to pay Javier directly and he refused saying Lisa won't accept payment and he'd getvintrouble if he helped me. That is the God honest truth . I regret not video taping Javier when he refused to help when I not he that I would pay straight away I also regret not recording my conversations with Lisa. I believe that during this busy season they get beat up by consumers but I was not doing any beating. She took her frustrations out on me! All I was doing was checking in which I have every right to do. Also I never expected or said that you were responsible for the 4 days w/o AC . I know there was lag time between warranty and you. What I did expect was a caring professional person who understands the difference between inquiring and complaining. You could of and should have helped me especially since I offered to pay on the spot. Do you honestly believe based on how desperate I was to have it fixed that I would not pay if offered? You think I would go through all that just to say no ? You think people would believe that? Wow! 
And to consumers.. I advise you to record and video tape your interactions w/extreme cooling...they are lying just to make themselves look good.

The homeowner called her home warranty company regarding an ac problem. We were dispatched the call from the warranty company to schedule and diagnose this problem. I need to be very clear that we have a contractual agreement with the warranty company, and we must adhere to the contract. We provided the proper service in the proper time frame for this customer. Although people sometimes become upset and irritated, it doesn't always mean that the contractor did the wrong thing. Homeowners typically don't know the details of the contract between the contractor and the warranty company. Sometimes, customers, such as this one, become angry rude, and disrespectful to a contractor who is trying to help, while staying inside the guidelines of the contract. I submitted a more detailed account of what happened with this customer, in my response to her Revdex.com complaint. Please feel free to contact me if you have any questions. I will call the customer to apologize, per her request, however, we did everything we could to help her in her time of need. We are in business to serve people in a professional manner in their time of need. Thank you for your time.

If you can help it, don't use this company. I usually don't go out of my way to leave negative reviews but a broken AC during the summer in the valley is borderline a state of emergency and the company had an opportunity to fix the issue. But they didn't.

I've had to use this company through my home warranty company twice for the same issue because the technician used the wrong materials the first time and did a terrible job fixing it over all.

The first time, he showed up as it was getting dark and spent 3 hours "fixing" the condenser. The last 2 hours of his visit my husband held a flashlight for him to see while he's is doing a terrible job welding parts that don't fit together. The issues wasn't fixed obviously as we realized 3 days later.

The second time, the same technician comes out with another technician in tow, they spent more time socializing than fixing my AC. He did admit that he used the wrong materials but evidently he didn't do it right again because two days later we're looking at the same issue.

Time wasted looking at the unit and then having to order parts first because they don't have common things on hand during their service calls. But then not using the right parts.

If I could attach a photo of this technicians work to show the butchering job he did, I would. So now this the 3rd time in 2 weeks that my AC isn't working. No, we will not have extreme cooling come out again to attempt to fix it. We've already contacted another company.

I had an opportunity to meet at length with the owner, [redacted], to discuss general business and the philosophy behind his success. After meeting with him, I feel compelled to let potential customers know that he is the real deal! [redacted] has built Extreme Cooling based on integrity, detailed knowledge of HVAC/R, and the desire and commitment to do what is right for the customer when given the opportunity. This is a business I'm proud to recommend and support. Keep up the great work!

Expeditious and quality service. Very knowledgeable in all aspects of cooling/heating systems.

Horrible customer service from a representative and the OWNER. Shocking how unorganized and RUDE they are.

I have utilized Extreme Cooling as my only HVAC provider for more than three (3) years - at my personal residences and an investment property (15 Unit apartment building with separate heat pumps for each Unit). They are responsive to issues no matter when they arise, the techs have a firm grasp of identifying problems and the owner (Gary S[redacted]) is always available to assist in their diagnosis. Many of my clients have also signed up for the protection plan offered, which provides them peace of mind that their systems receive Spring and Fall checkups - eliminating most problems before they occur. Added plus - you actually get to talk to a human when you call!

I began working with Extreme Cooling earlier this year. I received work estimates from other companies, but felt that Extreme Cooling was not trying to up-sell me, and when I asked the technician several questions, he provided a thorough evaluation. I will be maintaining my HVAC units with Extreme Cooling going forward.

They are extremely professional, courteous and good prices. I would highly recommend Extreme Cooling and we are so grateful ffor all their work.

Extreme Cooling was fantastic. The were friendly and professional. Only did what was needed and helped us to operate our systems more efficeintly. Not only did they perform maintenance, but offered preventative support to lessen other costly expenses. Truly a company that we can trust to do it right the first time on time.

Hello my name is [redacted] I had an A/C break today and was extremely worried that it needed to get fixed asap as today it is freezing outside not a normal thing I am used to here in Peoria. I called and talked to the owner and within one hour of a call they already were sending out a technician to fix my problem. Thank you so much as I was worried I would have to go get a space heater tonight if no one could come out.

Extreme cooling is great, fast, reliable, and most importantly ethical. [redacted] and his team work hard to make the coolest customers in town and I am happy to call myself COOL this summer!

I have used Extreme cooling a couple times, first thru my home warranty. Each time they were able to fix my problem on my 15 year old AC unit, now it cools better than it has when I moved in 3 years ago, my ac used to run 24/7. I live in the east valley and they were always on time or early, and their technicians are not commission based - so I never felt like I was getting something I didn't need. I would highly recommend this company.
