Extreme Dreamz has been a horrible company to work withIt took over one year of working on my back yard when I was originally told two to three monthsIt is still not complete with the outstanding work itemsThe materials they used are low quality in several areasThere is extremely poor workmanship and several things were not done as promisedExtreme Dreamz did work without my authorization and when I let them know that is not what I wanted done, they charged me to correct it to the way I wanted itThe owner Lonny Hart threatened to kick my *** when I disagreedSince I paid them in full I have sent over emails in the last six months requesting work be finished and/or repairs completed and no work has been doneAbsolutely horrible customer service and a horrible company to do business with

We were excited to get started with Lonnie at Xtreme Dreamz. However, after giving down payment it went down hill from there. We contracted to complete pavers in our front, build a decorator wall, install irrigation and complete a drive. The pavers were not done well and needed "sanding" which after a few emails/calls was completed satisfactory. The decorator wall was fine. The drive was okay. The irrigation however was suppose to have the hose run under the driveway through a sleeve that was to be there. Xtreme Dreamz ran the hose through a water drain pipe (I am sure this is not a common practice) because they could not find the sleeve. Our problem was that they never consulted with us regarding this they just did it. Long story short, the line was not there but we had a sleeve put in and were told that they would re-run it. Months later after being too busy we ended up doing it ourselves. Not good business practice by Lonnie. No follow up at all. They said things would be guaranteed. They also ran over a plant and were told they would replace it. That did not happen either. Very Poor follow up after receiving a lot of money. I would NOT recommend this company. I do have emails as backup proof.
