Dear [redacted] , We recently received your complaint # [redacted] regarding your accountWe take complaints very seriously and we hope this response will provide you with additional informationAccording to our records, we received your order on August 22, The terms of the offer that you agreed to at the time of your order clearly state that you were to have a 14day trial period starting from the date that the order was placed, in which you could cancel your account to avoid further chargesThey also indicate that "you must take affirmative action to avoid further charges or you will be charged in the amount of $89.99and $fourteen days from the date that the order was placed for the product(s)." These terms were presented to you in multiple places on our website when you ordered our productWhen you ordered the product you also clicked a button indicating that you agreed to the terms of the offerWhen a customer clicks that button, we must assume that they have actually read what they are agreeing toIf there was any confusion with the terms you could have called our customer service team and they would have been happy to assist you Since we did not hear from you during your trial period, you were charged $and $on September 05, According to our records we did not received a request for cancelation, which resulted in your account remaining active Our records show that you have contacted your credit card company and initiated a chargeback for the full chargeOur company received notice of the dispute from your Finacial Institution on November 16, Once our company received notice of the dispute, your account was immediately cancelled and you have not received any shipments or charges since then Since you have contacted your credit card company and initiated a chargeback for the full charge, we cannot issue you a credit at this time because you would then end up getting a credit twice for those purchasesOnce a chargeback is filed with your bank we are unable to provide any type of refund as a resolution to the account The outcome will be between you and your Financial Institution I am sorry I am not able to help more I hope you have a great day!

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:To whom it may concern:It is sad that you monopolize people and their finances for your benefit When I attempted to disclose to you the manner in which this product was purchased you denied any possible refund As you can see by the tracking that the item was sent back to you, and a product was never receivedWhen my twelve year old daughter clicked on the trial for your misleading ad it was for a vitamin that would help her hair grow One item at $ However, your crooked terms of agreement are linked in to other products and my account got charged for multiple items I got charged a 19.99, as well as two more higher dollar charges of $and one for $ I’m not sure how one vitamin supplement could possibly cost that much Not to mention, because I was unaware of the purchase I got charged again those charges for an additional month I called your company with Discover card on the line and I have sent all the records to the Revdex.com proving that I have not received funds from Discover card The dispute was denied because of the alleged terms that I clicked I would be glad to provide you with the notices from Discover proving that your company still is the beholder of my money I hope to save other people from your corrupt customer service, and felonious terms that you have I apologize for my tone, but your misinformation has left me extremely frustrated with your business dealings I am a person that values her hard earned dollar, and don’t appreciate being lied to Regards, [redacted]

This company advertises on Facebook, drawing my teenage daughter in on some hair growth product The charges came through for a trial of 4.95, than another company under there group charged I then received charges on my credit card for *** for 89.99, *** for They charged my card almost $for some hair vitamins and some beard thickening products that I have not once received Getting through to the company is a nightmare with the robot read offs, and the sorry we can’t do anything But I can reship the product, for a beard that I as a female don’t want or my nine year old son doesn’t have Attempted to dispute it through Discover card They were amazing in handling but unfortunately still with the documents this company submitted made me look like I signed my credit card balance away to them Beware of anything by *** ** *** *** *** *** *** *** ** *** *** These are all products housed under the *** of *** ***

I am rejecting this response because:Once again as I have explained in my previous message, as in my phone conversation with the Discover Card representative on the line; I have not received any chargebacks on my account Your failed attempt to state that I have received my funds back from my institution is completely lacking truth Please feel free to contact Discover card directly, and as they explained to you there is nothing more they can do in regards to a refund from your company As disclosed to the Revdex.com, and once again to your company; they have no control over the funds and your company has won the dispute Your ill informed about the status on where my money lies Perhaps you should investigate it further, rather than replying with a preformulated response Again, yes your manipulative terms have succeeded in obtaining a profit for your company This has left me with a significant debt, and no product received I would appreciate you looking into the whereabouts of my money in better detail, and be honest It is not that I am choosing to attack your company I just wish to get my rightfully deserved refund, as well as protect other consumers who will likely be misled by your company and the terms set forth.
