Our technician was walking down the steps in a normal manor. He stepped on a faulty step which could have seriously injured or killed him. Since we stand by our name as a great company, we offered to help pay for the step even though it was not our fault. We called a contractor that day and had him...

fix the step. This individual was on a very steep time crunch. We accommodated his short time frame on all electrical work needed. All the work that was performed was completed in a professional manor, on time, and all work was inspected and passed by a county inspector. [redacted] continues to place comments on multiple social media and review sites besides for the Revdex.com attacking our integrity as a company.

You're trying to get credit by saying you sent a repair man the next day. You should have, as any other business owners should have if they broke something in a clients house.   I have spoke and reviewed nothing but the truth.  An employee broke something in my house and your reply was it was bound to break eventually.  This is an about $60 .  I've said my piece and I'm done with this now. I believe  i've done nothing but given fair warning of your policy when you break something in a clients house .

I had extreme electrical come out to my house and give me a free quote which was was very reasonable. They were ready to do the work that week but I couldn't because of work. They said I could buy the product or have them buy it. With me buying the product, it saved me money that I was able to put to more repairs in my basement. The guy that did the work was awesome as well as the whole experience. Great company!!! I will definitely be using them in the future and recommending them to anyone who needs electrical work done.
