On approximately *** I dropped off 8.5Xinch Original Military Diplomas and 1xinch metal badges to be framed and matted ***, who I normally do business with at this Gallery was not there so I told the Lady that took my order, NOT to do anything until they called me with a price quote as she did not know what the cost would be She assured me that she would call The reason for this is the Gallery tends to be pricey as I have had prints framed there before On approximately ***, *** Meyer from Thunder Mountain called me to tell me that my Certificates were done and I could come pick them up I went in to pick them up and she gave me a bill for $for 8.5XCertificates framed and Matted I told her that this was crazy, and told her that if she had called like I requested, there was no way I ever would have had them done She said that I was right, she should have called, but she forgot and that at $I was getting a deal There was a rather

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me.  I will wait until for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved.
