Review: Xshadyside has a policy that when you cancel your gym membership you must pay for the rolling month. I believe that this practice is unfair as I am not getting a service out of that month. Therefore this policy is wrong and a bad practice. Especially in a day and age when things are done by computers and just take me out of the system. I can subscribe for food service and cancel in the same day, likewise when I cancel my gym membership I expect it to be canceled in the same day.Desired Settlement: I wish to not be charged for a service that I am not using for a month.
