My wife wrote the statement to you. I too sent an email to the company. There were no instructions about the products, and was suppose to get free gifts

Review: I ordered products from this company, upon recieving a newspaper add in the mail. It was suppose to help men and women sexually. upon recieving it, I was promised 3 free products which I did not recieve.The products are fake! Non of them worked! There wasn't instructions to use them.I have tried to reach them to get my money back. All I can get is ppl that take your orders.Desired Settlement: I want my 119.00 refunded.

My wife wrote the statement to you. I too sent an email to the company. There were no instructions about the products, and was suppose to get 3 free gifts.

Review: [redacted] refuse a refund for the second package . Nov ** phone order places for Extreme FX. It was put on monthly auto ship. Dec ** call to allow for package return, 6-8 weeks for credit. Dec ** call to reassure that auto ship had been stopped. First package returned Dec **. On Dec ** I got second package inspite of stopped auto ship. Postmaster suggested to return to sender, as it was unwanted. Jan ** called with refund question,asked for tracking # , I am to allow 6-8 weeks. April ** call for refund, refund info to be forwarded [redacted] for approval June * call for refund, state the tracking # to be on file, needing to forward return info to [redacted] for approval. June ** call, ask again for tracking #. June ** call, they stated the check was sent at 11:00 a.m. June ** call, check was on the way June ** received check for $69.80. This was only for package 1 July * call, they stated that package #2 was returned to sender, yes I had no tracking #

for this package. They tracked it, noted to be help up in [redacted], they did nothing to promote its movement, package needed to be returned bb Feb **, so no refund is due by company policy. I feel another $69.80 is due to me for package #2.
