***, I had canceled you as a client because of your aggressive rude attitude toward me and my company which I believe was unnecessary after I had tried to keep you happy and had tried to work with youEach time seemed you wanted more done and always unhappyI gave you a price at first regarding a specific package on my website which unfortunately you could not AFFORD I quoted you dollars and yet I was very very kind enough to work with you and lowered my price to to your exception and I was very clear on when we spoke that since your not paying the package price not all thing would be done since I lowered the price we went through this in the walk through of your home three girls went each time and spent 1hour 1/at your home u complaint of the items not being done on the package but yet again I have to say that is the reason on why you didnt get the package you could not afford dollars so you were not getting the whole package deal you were getting a dollar deal that we spoke about and went through specifically during the walk through of your homeafter all the very nice work we did in your home and extra work the girls had spent at your home and "let me say" there was three girls each time and u expect a refund for the cleanings or partial I am sorry extreme green cleaning does not do free labor I see your trying to scam my company for your own benefit unfortunately I was very clear on the services you were receiving YOU very well knew this thank you

Complaint: I am rejecting this response because: Luz - as is typical, you are lying While I was not physically present for your initial discussion with my wife, you and I definitely spoke directly via phoneAt that point, you definitely told me that you would complete the duties as listed on your website under 'Basic Cleaning', with the exception of changing sheets (as I advised you that it was not necessary)I understand that my calling you to insist upon your company completing what we agreed upon seems 'rude' to you, but the fact of the matter is that you open acknowledged your company's failure to follow throughIn fact you threatened your supervisors job over the failure I don't want free labor - what I wanted was to pay the agreed upon price, for the agreed upon workYou failed to do that, and your poorly composed response unfortunately confirms our poor decision in initially contracting with you Thanks Regards, [redacted]

I don't want free labor - what I wanted was to pay the agreed upon price, for the agreed upon work. You failed to do that, and your poorly composed response unfortunately confirms our poor decision in initially contracting with you.

Review: When [redacted] came to initially provide an estimate, she quoted a price based upon a "Basic Cleaning", as shown on their website. After providing service at our home on three consecutive occasions, they never completed the items that we were led to expect by that description. After the first two services, I called [redacted] to complain, and to verify that they could in fact provide the service that they initially promised - she agreed that they had failed, and she would make it right. Her cleaning crew came out the following day, and still failed to complete the duties that we had paid for. I contacted her via phone and email, and never received a response.I would like to receive a full refund for the monies we paid to them, or at least a partial refund, because I feel that they did not provide anything near to the service that was initially promised - even after we contacted them to rectify.Desired Settlement: I have already contacted the vendor directly to try to get the service level to where it needed to be (as per their website description), and was not satisfied with the result. Subsequently, I tried calling and emailing [redacted], with no response. Therefore, I am left with no recourse other than to demand a refund.
