I tried to explain to him that the wood was purchased - there's a warranty in the box (a factory warranty)We don't warranty the wood - it says the warranty information on the slip in the box, but I will see what we can try to work outI thought we sent him a lien waiver, but I will have to

This response is unsatisfactory to me.
I dispute the response because I have had no contact with them since 12/31/15. The warranty is on the box for the wood purchased. I am not asking for whoever installed the wood to warranty it, I realize it comes from the manufacturer. All I have is the box, however. As far as the lien, I do not know where he is coming from since I haven't had contact since 12/31/15. I understand he doesn't want to warranty the wood. I want something from the manufacturer.
