In regards to the following complaint it is my understanding that this customer did not have any issues with the unit for approximately years? At which time he apparently had another company out to "repair" the unit for potential leaks? However, it is not until years later does the customer reach out to us to discuss possible system warranty issues? It is important to Extreme Heating & Cooling, LLC to take care of both past and present customersTherefore, on 06/23/at 5pm I, [redacted] , reached out to the customer and was able to answer all questions he had in regards to the complaint issued? The phone conversation ended up well and the customer appeared satisfied with our response and therefore reached a desired settlement.? Thank you for the opportunity to respond!
