Worst experience of my life Tommy had my car from December 13, until July 28, a total of days for a repair that should have only taken weeks days He was rude and very snobbish stating that he has been in this business for over yearsHe is also a liar when it comes to telling you when your car will be ready I have no idea how he has been in business that long with the reviews that I just read and the experience I had I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy He gave me and my insurance company the run around and even got a ticket on my car while it was in his possession I am in the process of taking him to court to get my money back

He knew that there would be out of pocket cost and he agreed to it. Certain thing had prier damage and his insurance company would not cover it. The first two... times that [redacted] was here there was a verbal agreement for the extra things to be fixed and he said ok that was fine. [redacted] vehicle is finished. When he was contacted to pick it up he stated that he had to work. There were arrangements made for us to stay late today 4/27/2015 for him to pick up him vehicle. A written bill was received on 4/24/15, the accident was on or about 2/24/2015. There was no written authorization for him to due additional repairs. He told me approximately 1 month ago that he had a verbal agreement for additional repairs with the driver of the vehicle at the time of the accident. Now it's, I verbally agreed to additional repairs.In addition, the fact still remains he lied about being a [redacted] approved shop. I went to the shop on [redacted] won't accept the check issued by [redacted] nor will he sign the check so he can receive cash as he is demanding. [redacted] rationale for cash payment is because [redacted] put a stop payment on the check back in early March due to he tried to collect payment before the job was completed. Now he wants to charge additional storage fees after he has had my car for two months. He won't sign the check issued by [redacted] so now I have to try and get another check.The buisenss practice in this establishment is very deceptive). There was another customer present on the same day on 4/27/15 that is having a terrible time with this establishment. The individual's car has been there reportedly for 6 months and his insurance company already gave this business the money for repairs.

This place is horrible had my car since September the insurance company closed out my case in December of last year still don't have my car and had to return my rental Tommy the operations manger is very rude and disrepaectal not accommodating to his customers do not get your car repaired here!!!! Been telling me it will be ready in one week since November then all of sudden all the parts were back ordered horrible service!!! It was estimated to take weeks by another shop week turned into months it's a new year going into the second month!!!

He was rude and very snobbish stating that he has been in this business for over 30 years. He is also a liar when it comes to telling you when your car will be ready. I have no idea how he has been in business that long with the reviews that I just read and the experience I had. I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy. He gave me and my insurance company the run around and even got a ticket on my car while it was in his possession. I am in the process of taking him to court to get my money back.

This has been far more the worst experience I've ever had with a repair shop. The owner is very rude and snobbish and a liar! My car has been at this repair facility since November 24th and I still don't have my vehicle as of today's date December 30th! I am now stuck paying for Rental car expenses out of my pocket due to [redacted] stating my car should have been repaired. I tried moving the car to another repair facility but was told that I'd have to pay 1500.00 in order to get the car released. This place is no good please do not ever take your car here!!! You'll be highly pissed!!!
