Complaint[redacted] was hired July 2014 to do about a 2 week job. After not showing up or doing the work Thanksgiving rolled around.[redacted] was hired July 2014 to do about a 2 week job by his own words. He was consistently late or just didn't show up. Most of what he did has to be redone the correct way. We I gave him a down payment for a custom cabinet that was never made or purchased. He still owes us 4 french doors. I have pictures of everything wrong. I have called, texted and emailed but he will not respond. He drug us on until November and the only reason we waited was he was a direct recommendation from my decorator. He should not be able to do this to anyone else.Desired SettlementI want a full refund. This was to be finished and actually done correctly by August at the latest. This was in our contract. He kept telling me that he would redo the mistakes and install the cabinet but by Monday he was a no show or only came when I wasn't home. He also still owes us 2 sets of french doors since he cut about 2 inches off the bottoms and 2 doors aren't even the same door. That is just the beginning. I have photos of everything. He does not deserve one dollar for anything he did since I now have to redo it all with a legitimate contractor.
