This company does not know what property they ownI don't believe that they even live in the same town that they have the property in despite their addressThey sent contractors and even a Sherriff to our home to serve an eviction notice not realizing they had the incorrect addressI had to prove to the Constable that I was purchasing my home from a mortgage company and not a tenant of Extreme HomesI was almost evicted from my own home because this company did not have the correct address to their own propertyWhen they do evict tenants they do not come to secure their propertyThe home stays unsecured and the previous tenants have a habit of leaving the front door and garage door wide open for anyone to walk into the homeNeighbors have made courtesy calls to the company to let them know that their property is not secure and days would go by without anyone coming by the homeTrash is left behind from tenants and thrown in the driveway and yard, complaints were made to the city code enforcement against the businessEvery tenant that this company has rented to has either been arrested or dealt in some way with the policeI don't believe that this business conducts any kind of background checks on any of it's tenantsThis company has no regards for any of the neighbors that have looked after their property when their own tenants have trashed and left it rotI would rather hope that the company just sell the property to someone who is willing to take care of itWe as a neighborhood are tired of the hassle of dealing with the tenants and the problems that come with them every time Extreme Homes rents to them
