John Moreno is "the owner" whom we hired to build our fence, lay cement, put in a sprinkler system, sod, and rock in our backyard He claims he can build a fence but it was very poorly done and literally fell over The sprinkler system is laughable and the heads are not evenly spaced We unfortunately had a verbal agreement that we would trade our AKC registered English bulldog puppy for work plus some additional money Then once he finished everything we would give him the AKC paperwork or he would need to return the puppy He has not finished the jobs after months of unfulfilled promises, then he went to jail, we were patient through that, and he has been out and still has not been by once in weeks We have now looked on Revdex.com and seen how he has done the same thing to multiple people He is now calling my husband out and refuses to do anymore....very unprofessional!! Do not hire him he scams people!!
