this car lot is cash and repo operation Doing high interest in house financing for people who can not afford the payments or have adequate income to monthly income ratio...threating phone calls for repossessing...sales contract is incomplete with many blanks that should disclose the truth in lending e.ginterest rate, full cost including interest...all omitted on contract...does not report financing to credit bureaus

If I could add something to my complaint, I heard back from my mechanic about the engine stopping suddenly and it was because my timing belt broke, resulting in another 300 dollars...

To whom it may concern.
I am writing in regards to the complaint from a customer on the purchase of a [redacted], ID number [redacted]. The vehicle was purchased on 3/3/2014. We did
do maintenance prior to selling the vehicle as we do on all our preowned vehicles prior
to re-sale. The vehicle was brought to us on 3/17/2014, we replaced the entire engine for
500 dollars. This was done to help the customer who had previously purchased this
vehicle. This repair fell with in our 3 months or 3,000 mile 50/50 warranty. An engine
swap generally costs thousands of dollars. We felt we where being more than fair. I do
understand that the car is in need maintenance as of 9/22/2014. We feel we are not
responsible for those repairs. We do not know how the owner has been caring for the
vehicle over the last 7 months. We do give an initial 3 months 3,000 miles 50/50
warranty to all vehicle purchase. The repairs for the vehicle as of 9/22/2014 do not fall
with in the initial 3 month 50/50 warranty.
