To whom it may concern I am writing in regards to the complaint from a customer on the purchase of a [redacted] , ID number [redacted] The vehicle was purchased on 3/3/We did do maintenance prior to selling the vehicle as we do on all our preowned vehicles prior to re-saleThe vehicle was brought to us on 3/17/2014, we replaced the entire engine for dollarsThis was done to help the customer who had previously purchased this vehicleThis repair fell with in our months or 3,mile 50/warrantyAn engine swap generally costs thousands of dollarsWe felt we where being more than fairI do understand that the car is in need maintenance as of 9/22/We feel we are not responsible for those repairsWe do not know how the owner has been caring for the vehicle over the last monthsWe do give an initial months 3,miles 50/ warranty to all vehicle purchaseThe repairs for the vehicle as of 9/22/do not fall with in the initial month 50/warranty Thank You [redacted]
