Dear Revdex.com,This is our response regarding the complaint filed.As confirmed in the complaint - CPR Call Blocker has provided a replacement unit to the customer according to our standard warranty agreementWe understand however that the customer wishes to receive a refund for her call blockerBecause point of sale was with HSN, not CPR Call Blocker, HSN are the party responsible for providing refunds, not CPR Call BlockerAs confirmed in the complaint, HSN refused to provide a refund due to the date of purchase being beyond days, which is consistent with their sales policyIf the Revdex.com requires further information, please feel free to get back to me.Kind regards,Kris H***CPR Call Blocker

Again I say to the company; it states Manufacturer's 1-year limited warranty; not replacementWhat is the limited? Not paying for something that doesn't work? I have talked with HSN about this & they defer back to the company due to their day warranty So it just seems to me that no one is accepting responsibility that this doesn't work for my system Step up & do the right thing

Dear Revdex.com,We understand and respect the concerns of the customer, however as stated in prior correspondence the point of sale is with HSN who undertook the transaction. We cannot provide a 'refund' to the customer because we never were funded by the customer. We are the manufacturer of this product, not the seller in this case. The party capable of providing a refund would be HSN who conducted the sale, however as stated in prior communications the period of refund according to their terms has passed. Regarding the warranty it refers to a standard one year replacement warranty beginning on date of sale. Kind regards,Kris H[redacted]CPR Call Blocker

point of sale was with HSN, not CPR Call Blocker, HSN are the party responsible for providing refunds, not CPR Call Blocker.
