He never wrote me a contract just gave me two receipts for what was worked on in my car with total of chargersHe told my grandaughter I have a warranty on what was worked on but also doesnt want to fix the issue hereMy car is just sitting here I cannot move it after installing new starter and flywheel which he claimed was the issue and why it will not start and which he told my granddaughter this is what will make the car run but if anything else happens it isnt his problem

I am rejecting this response because: Per a recent conversation with the *** ** *** ***, the report indicates that Extreme Oil Change offered to have my vehicle diagnosed only and did not clarify any repairsFrom a previous email sent to the CA *** *** by a Repfrom the *** ** *** *** states that Extreme Oil Change offered the diagnoses and $At this point I felt I was being misinformed and decided to file my complaint with the Revdex.com officeI have supplied all supporting documents to this caseI feel that he has been very unprofessional in the way he has been handling this situation since the beginningAll I needed was to have my car fixedI never needed any of this to happen and it's unfortunate that I have had to go through thisIf Extreme Oil Change cannot come to an agreement to resolve this issue, I will have no choice but to file a civil matter with the small claims divisionThis is not the avenue I would like to take, but at this point it seems like this is my only option

She complained about us with the Bureau of Automotive, they were in contact with us and couldn't find any fraudulent, misleading or over sale issues on their endthere for we can not help you guys further in this matter.*** ***

rejecting this response because: Clearly the shop is aware of their wrongdoing and tried to correct it after weekends of leaving my car at the shopUnfortunately, they did not know what they were doing and the owner agreed to have me take my car to a dealership and pay for the diagnostics of $I accepted at first, had my car taken to the dealership on a SaturdayI was then notified by phone that they would need my car for a few days and that they would not start the diagnostics until MondayTherefore there was no reason for my car to be stored at the dealership for days without being checked out, so I picked up my vehicle and pursued w/ my complaint to the *** ** *** ***The Reptalked to the shop and they had agreed to have my car sent to the dealership and refused to reimburse me for any labor that I had requested forHe threatened to me that if his employee was the one to cause this that he'd be firedThe Reptold me that *** said his employee that worked on my car no longer works thereSo I do not understand what is going on and what they are trying to hideI just want them to correct and fix what they did wrong. Stopped to get a oil change and tire rotation, make at counter was anything but welcoming. Tools me was at least an hour and 1/2 wait time. They only had two cars there. He then informed me I could not leave my car there to be next and they did not do appts. Basically could come back and see..
Apparently they don't want to encourage business. Took my business elsewhere and will not return.

Consumer states: We are just dissatisfied with how the whole process went down and experienced a big inconvenience on the freeway which we feared could have been dangerous. Luckily it did not and we have now decided to bring our vehicle to another shop to address any new concerns.

Review: I took my vehicle in for a routine oil change. Before the oil change was performed, I mentioned to the Owner of Extreme Oil change that my steering wheel shakes while driving on the freeway. He immediately sits in my car turns it on and accelerates speed while parked and determines that the motor mounts need to be replaced. So not only do I have the motor mounts replaced, I also had 4 struts replaced, front rotors and brakes a right axle etc., just to save on labor. Well after receiving my car a few days later, I received it with a check engine light, a rattling noise that is constant while driving, steering wheel noise and least but not last my car while driving sounds like a small pilot plane. I've taken my car back to the shop for 3 straight weekends and they were unsuccessful in repairing what they did wrong; they couldn't piece the puzzle.Desired Settlement: I'd like to be a satisfied customer and have what was done incorrectly be fixed. I'd prefer to have a shop whom specializes in these types of repairs, perform the work as Extreme Oil Change took 3 weekends to try and figure out what they did wrong and were not successful. Thank you!

Therefore there was no reason for my car to be stored at the dealership for 2 days without being checked out, so I picked up my vehicle and pursued w/ my complaint to the [redacted]. The case was reviewed by dca and also we gave her the opportunity to take her vehicle to nissan dealer and she refused. our hands are tied our legal team are working to put a case against her for bad mouthing our business and scamming local business, we have a solid evidence and witness that she tried to play the same game with 2 other local shops in Modesto and also was communicating with several co-workers how she gets her money back and free stuff. Please do not disturb us any more we are here to run business, not following Jerey Springer Show.

Review: Took our 2015 Hyundai Elantra to Extreme Oil Change for an oil change on 7/23/15 to have the oil changed.App 2 weeks later the car started making a horrible noise. We took the car to the Hyundai shop on 8/19/1 as it was still under warranty, we thought it was the muffler as a motorist was following us and said sparks were coming from underneath the car, but the noise seemed to be coming from up front. The noise was not all the time. The technician drove the car, did not hear anything and checked it out and did not see anything.We took the car home.app. 1 week later the noise came again and was very loud and frightening. I called the Hyundai shop and made an appointment for it to be checked again.They drove the car and the noise came again. they put the car on the rack and found the skid plate/ undercover engine shield was flapping. The technician said several bolts and screws were missing possibly left off from the last oil change. We told them to go ahead and fix the car, when we went to pick up the car it was not under warranty as it was not a defect of the car and we had taken it to someone other than Hyundai for work.This cost us $ 467.31.On 9/3/15 we too car back to Extreme, showed the girl at the desk our paper work and the part that Hyundai had replaced and she argued with us, She asked why didn't you bring the car here, I told her we never dreamed the noise was caused by a simple oil change we thought something was wrong with the car. So she called the manager [redacted] He argued with us then finally said he would turn it into his insurance and it would take 2 or 3 weeks.The mechanic ([redacted]) that changed the oil came out and said when he put the bolts back in they were hard to put in and he said where I made my mistake I should have put something around the bolts to make them hold.I called Extreme on 9/28/15 [redacted] told me insurance would notpay, but he would give us $100.00 just for customer satisfaction.We went to Extreme on 10/02/15 and he wanted us to sign a release foDesired Settlement: We would like to be reimbursed for the amount of the repair. $467.31We also had to make 2 trips to Merced Hyundai before this was fixed and the worry of driving the car not knowing what was wrong, afraid it would break down on the road or cause an accident.We are 88 and 81 years old and did not need this stress

WITH ALL DO RESPECT AFTER WE FINISHED THE OIL CHANGE COUPLE DAYS AFTER THAT THE COSTUMER WENT TO THE DEALER, THE VERIFY SOME TYPE OF NOISE BASED ON THE DOCUMANTATION THEY HAVE THE DEAER COULDNT CONFIRM THE NOISE AND NOTHING WAS BROKE. THIS FACT AUTOMATICALLY RELEASE EXTREME OIL CHANGE FOR BEING LIABLE. 2 WEEKS AFTER THE 1ST VISIT THEY TOOK THE CAR FOR INSPECTION, AND THE DEALER FOUND THAT SKID PLATE WAS BROKE. IN 2 WEEKS WHAT BHAPPEN, HOW IT HAPPEN, IT IS BEHIND OUR CONTROL. AGAIN FOR THE CUSTOMER COURTESY WE STILL OFFER $100.THANK YOU EXTREME OIL CHANGE.?

this is the last respond, please understand when you took the car to the dealer they didn't confirm nothing, what has happen after that is behind our control. we still offer you for the customer courtesy $100, otherwise our hands are tied. if you check your skid plate you see signs of scraps on one side it shows it was hit somewhere if that scrap was there after you left our shop the dealer should of pointed out to you obviously when you went to the dealer the first time they didn't confirm the noise nor did they point out the scraps on the skid plate. I wish you guys luck please understand things happen in a split second, we could not blame somebody else. thank you so much

Review: I went to the shop my battery light was on my car was runing fine but I went in to see what was going on. The manager [redacted] told me that my starter and fly wheel was bad. The starter was 400 to fix and the flywheel was 1200 so the manager told me to fix the starter first. I went ahead fixed it next day I took car home it didn't start. So I towed it back to shop the manager says its fly wheel he guaranteed me by fixing the fly wheel the car will work again. So I took car home after repairing fly wheel and the next day it didn't start again I had to jump it. I just purchased a new battery before I got the flywheel installed as well. After I jumped the car I drove it and it broke down on me on the freeway in the middle of nowhere and I had to call [redacted] to come tow me and my car home. The manager isn't going to refund me he said if anything happens it's not his problem. Now I am asking for my 1200.00 dollars backDesired Settlement: I paid 409 for starter and 800.79 for flywheel I would like my money back my car does not work it will not start.
