There was nothing wrong with the work I preformed - my position remains the same I have a photo of the back of the intake manifold gasket leaking which was brought to the customers attention ( see attached) - I believe the same guy that built the motor would of put the intake manifold on - I was asked by the customer to fix the leak and I declined as I do not do engine work Also noted his ps steering pump was leaking bad on his truck it was far from perfect shape but to be fair he has upgraded may parts and the head gasket let go when he drive it miles with me in it and it still never leaked coolant and temp gauge never went over the 1st mark think it's or degree

I am rejecting this response because: I have proof of at least $8,000 in receipts that I have put into the motor. There was nothing wrong with the motor, I went in for a new transmission at Extreme Overdrive who claimed to know how to install new transmissions which I thought would be a simple procedure and they ended up blowing my motor up. When contacting [redacted] for a new transmission he said if I have my truck in there Thursday morning he would have the new transmission in on the same day by 5PM. My truck was not ready on Thursday or Friday or Saturday or Sunday or Monday and when going to pick my truck up on Tuesday I realize that the motor had been blown up. At that time I had the truck towed from his shop to another shop to have the motor rebuilt. This procedure was supposed to take one day and resulted in a 16 day nightmare. This is my only vehicle I run my own business and cost me several thousand dollars in potential clients. The transmission is leaking so bad I have to refill it everyday before I go to work I try not to use reverse because it sounds like the transmission is about to fall out of my truck. If I would have know he has only been in business since February 2014 I would have never taken my vehicle their. Extreme Overdrive has know idea of what they are doing and has know right to be in business.

Intake manifold gasket was leaking (photos available). Whoever assembled that motor must not have gotten gaskets right.
I personally drove that truck on 4 test drives. I talked to the customer. He knows the temperature gauge never went more than a quarter of the way...

Upon customer arrival to pick up vehicle, the motor would not start.
We checked the starter and the electrical system & still would not start. I suspected it was hydro-locked. I checked for water & oil being mixed and there was none. Radiator was full of water.
Next day customer arrived, truck cranked perfect.
Customer drove vehicle over 7 miles with me as passenger. No overheating, no coolant leak. At which point condensation came out of left exhaust. Customer drove it back to my office. Vehicle never ran hot, never leaked.
Now he says I overheated his motor. It never happened.

I am rejecting this response because: After getting vehicle towed from Extreme Overdrive to ([redacted]) after taking the motor apart the heads were taken to a machine shop after looking at the heads their response was the only way this could happen was from someone hot rodding or dogging out the motor. Pictures are available. My regular machanic has worked on my truck on and off for over a year and knows there was nothing wrong with this truck until it was taken to Extreme Overdrive. It cost me over $1,600 for Extreme Overdrive to put in this transmission (which reverse does not work and the transmission is leaking fluid) after Extreme Overdrive blew my head gasket that cost me another $1,600 to fix and now I will have to go to another transmission shop and spend another $1,600 to have it done correctly. Thats $4,800 that I have spent and went 16 days with out my truck which is my only vehicle. Extreme Overdrive is a joke and a rip off and I would never recommend them to anybody.
