Ms*** I know you spoke with my business partner regarding the situation with one of our clients Mr*** ***nExtreme Pest management had recently purchased Natural Habitat which was the company that serviced Mr***n’s residence for pest control Our scheduling department
had Mr***n on the schedule for pest service and the notes on the work ticket had stated to show up and spray the outside of the residence, which is what we didAfter the fact we received a call from Mr***n (upset) that he didn’t want the service we had providedWe explained we would not charge him for the service and we apologizedOur accounting department had already mailed a invoice for the services before the message had been relayedThere is no money owed to Extreme Pest Management for the services provided and will not be in the future unless Mr***n decides to contact us for services Best regards, *** ** *** President/Shareholder Lone Star Valet
