The manager of the southgate Extreme Pizza location called the police stating that I "did not pay for a $pizza," after being deliveredThis was all because the staff person failed to get my correct phone number, mixed up my address from previous orders, did not answer this customer's call, and also failed to read a formal complaint that I provided delivery personWhen I tried to pay for the pizza the phone lines were busy and I was put on holdI paid for the pizza, but after the manager abused the law enforcement system and had them come to my residence to collectI attempted to explain the confusion and mto this to manager in civil manner and he was indignant and angryI sent two emails (with details of this incident/which are truly unbelievable) and left a voicemail with corporate office in San Francisco and after two weeks, no responseThis company has concerning ethical standards and grossly incompetent managersPlease do not support them as a local business
