Honorably served, two combat tours, two special assignments andfairly highly decorated. I've run a dean business since I was honorably discharged from the Marine Corps inAugust of 1998. All of my military students in here now deal with the same issue, as well as my civilian students.Fluctuating work hours, their kid's school schedule and other activities conflict often with the gym hours and classschedule. He completely understood and accepted this when he joined. I'm enclosing a copy of his signed andinitial agreement.Again, he is under a standard martial arts gym agreement, of which he completely agreed with at the time hejoined. He is not under TAD (Temporary Additional Duty) orders, nor has he PCS (Permanent Change of Station)ordered. In other words, he's still stationed at Camp Pendleton doing his assigned job. He's chosen to not use hisoff time (when available) to attend classes. Thats his choice. Thats not legal grounds for cancellation of his contractagreement.[redacted]
