Mr*** inquired into a Polaris Slingshot SL model. They are priced at MSRP ($23,999) plus manufacturer's freight of $960, dealer assembly and prep of $and Documantation/Title fee of $and any applicable sales tax. The salesman that quoted Mr*** the pricing of MSRP
plus $and tax was wrong and overspoke his ability to remove and of the manufacturer or dealer costs. We are firm in our pricing of the Polaris Slingshot due to the inability to fulfill the demand of our customers. However, we are NOT overcharging and price-gouging as many of the dealers in the market are for this popular product. We have had NUMEROUS customers do business with us for the sole fact that we are not charging $3-over MSRP as our Atlanta-area competition is doing. I can provide a dozen references to happy and satisfied customers because we did not price gouge.I apologize to Mr*** for my salesman's mistake, but it is simply a matter of demand. I am also currently sold out until August on this model at the exact pricing structure I detailed above

I believe we have reached a resolution with Mr. [redacted]. We had issues with his insurance company wanting us to have his gas tank repaired and repainted instead of replaced as we recommended. We had to send the tank off (to Progressive's own shop, which took 3-4 weeks) and when it...
came back, the paint job was not done to our satisfaction. We then took the tank to a local body shop to have it fixed, but where we dropped the ball was not informing Mr. [redacted] of the issues and extra time needed. He has picked his motorcycle up, and knows who to contact should he need anything further!Thanks,

The customer service at Extreme Power Sports is unacceptable. First off, it took me over two weeks to even get a sales person to try and deal with me. I went over there numerous of times and just got the run around. That should have told me something there, but I gave them the benefit of the doubt and decided to do business with them anyways. I purchased TWO 2015 jet skis with a double trailer from extreme on May 28. As of today I have had them a total of 23 days. Currently I am out of both of my skis, due to the steering bracket on one of them broke after only 6 hours on the skis and extreme has had them at their facility since Monday June 15. I called and as of Monday June 22 the parts were just ordered on Saturday June 20, yet they had my skis on Monday June 15 and the day I dropped them off they knew exactly what was wrong with them. This is just unacceptable customer service for a company to have to someone who has purchased 2 new skis and has only had 23 days. They did not try to expedite the parts or anything. I continue to get blown off and they cannot give me a direct day on when my skis will be ready. Nor did they try and accommodate me with any kind of offerings for it taking so long or their awful customer service I have received. Extreme Power Sports is in absolutely no hurry to meet a customer’s satisfaction. I will never recommend this company to anyone. Customer service is what excels a business and they have zero.
We are handling the recall issue with Polaris to the best of our abilities. Polaris has dumped 6 recalls on THOUSANDS of affect RZR utility vehicles built in the last 3 years. We are performing the repairs as fast as Polaris will send us the necessary...
parts. Polaris is shipping the parts based on each dealer's units they have sold to customers that have purchased from them first, that is Polaris' current policy. We have no control over how long the shipments take nor the quantity of parts. We also are in line waiting on extra repair kits to repair affected vehicles purchased from other dealerships, as in your case. This is something that is affecting thousands of customers, as I mentioned, and is beyond our control. Polaris has a customer service line that you can call to direct your concerns, at 888-704-5290. We are simply the messengers in this situation and have to deal with everyone's frustrations over not being able to enjoy their purchases. We appreciate your patience and understanding and are working as hard as possible to get everyone on the trails faster.
