I have only ever charged for work completed
Before any work was completed I met with the customer and provided an estimate of hours labour at a rate of $** an hourWe did not discuss that there would be men on the job however, I believe
that person on the property for hours or people on the property for hour is equivalent
I have always completed work with good quality and in the time frame discussed with customerThe customer was happy with my work from the time I started mowing up until an email conversation (***)in which the customer expressed a concern about the hours worked and I explained my reason of multiple employees working at the same timeAfter this conversation I believed we had resolved the issue and continued to do the workThe customer expressed no remaining concerns over labour rate until an email on*** in which the issue was raised again***
Through an email received on *** from the customer*** they would need another week for paymentI heard nothing form the customer and on*** I sent and email to request payment but said *** I would be willing to accept small payments to work towards the total invoice amountIn response the customer said they would be in contact by the weekend to discuss some form of paymentHaving heard nothing on *** I sent another email requesting payment for the work I had completed
The last time I received a payment was on *** which was a partial payment for work completed in ***
On *** in an email we agreed to terminate services until payment was completedAfter *** I have not completed any work
In response to the allegation of "*** messages" sent by me I must disagree with the customers perceptionIn my emails I simply asked for payment and do not believe in any way that I conveyed a "*** message"
I also have never "forced customer to pay double"If the customer was not satisfied with my explanation of the hours worked, the work could have been terminated at anytime after this issue was discussed on ***The customer chose not to termite services until *** after payment issues
I believe the customer should pay the invoice in full

No verbal or written agreement was made other than paying $** per hourThe Labour never toral two hours but yet the owner continues to charge me for his hired help which was not in the agreement*** I have paid him double wages since the beginning as have emails where I tried to dispute his charges..he basically said too badI have to pay my other workerHis other worker drove the ride on and was done his work in less than a half hour while the owner mowed with a push mower always done their work in an hour not two or two and a half*
