Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.

Business responded to to the complaint stating that they have a sign posted on their showroom wall stating that it is possible to be ticketed for the tinted window and possible to fail inspection. It is the consumer;s responsibility to get it removed. However, they will off to do it for half price.

To whom it may concern, I was made aware of this request when I received the correspondence from the Revdex.com on 11/27/2017. Serene Country Homes never received a warranty request from the homeowner. I drove out to the home and inspected the problem. The complaint was correct...

and needed to be addressed. I spoke with the Builder Superintendent on what steps needed to take place in order to correct the problem immediately. Our Landscape company installed a drain, racked out the swale and reapplied sod to the area effected. The problem was addressed and corrected.  Thank You, [redacted]EVP-OperationsSerene Country Homes

We are sorry that you feel like you have not had a good experience with your new home. Please know that we will of course meet all of our obligations. We permitted the construction of your home with the city and met their requirements for building a new single family home. We passed all inspections...

required in the building process and received a building final at the completion of the home. We were informed by our HVAC company and with your confirmation that all issues regarding your HVAC system have been resolved. Our Construction Superintendent met with you and documented your issues. He wanted to schedule a contractor to correct any issues with the Box Window and any masonry work around the windows. At that point, you told him that you wanted all the brick on your home removed and bricked again or you would call an Attorney. We feel that is not a reasonable request. We are willing to address and correct any issues with the Window Box and bricking around any window that is not within our building standards. We will make sure that any expansion joint is cut properly. We were told that any issue with the spray foam insulation was resolved. If that is not correct, then we will make any correction necessary to ensure that it is up to code. My Superintendent will reach out to you within the next 24 hours to schedule, with your permission, contractors to complete the necessary repairs.

My name is Robert F[redacted] and I am the owner of Extreme Rides. This matter was brought to my attention 12/8/2017. Mr. & Mrs. [redacted] purchased, (I believe) a 2011 Nissan Xterra from Next Rides auto sale. The folks from Next rides contacted Mike K[redacted], (the store manager) to arrange to have a car...

starter installed at their discounted price. The remote starter that Next Rides gets is the G6 which is $199.95 installed PLUS the security module which costs $85 installed.  Because they are a car dealership they get a discount and only pay $250 installed.  Since the car dealership didn't pay there is sales tax as well $20.  This is how we came to the $270.  The normal cost is $285 plus $22.80 sales tax which totals $307.80.Before the installation of anything Rob M[redacted] showed them the model lhich the dealership asked for. They asked for the TOTAL amount with tax and were told $270. They ranted it installed as soon as possible so we fit them in later that day. [redacted] waited for the car at the store and talked to Rob M[redacted], (salesman) Mr. M[redacted] Called me shortly after [redacted] Left because his wife had called to complain about the service they received while at the store and demanded money bacr or she would call the Revdex.com. At t??is time, I was notified about the complaint and started an investigation to see what happened and if proper procedures were followed . .After I viewed the security footage I saw Mr. [redacted] standing at the counter talking to Rob, (Friendly) hanging out looking at equipment. paying for the starter and getting instructions how to use the remote starter. At no time did there seem to be ANY indication that there were any problems with the service or price. We didn't apologize for damaging the dash with a Hammer because we DO NOT USE HAMMERS to install remote starters. Security cameras show that at no time was there ever a hammer used in or near their 2011 Xterra car.  As fair as the $100 labor, that is not an extra charge, that is deducted from the total cost of the remote starter package as a way to pay the techs in the garage. (see !tile copy of their invoice attached) Each tech is paid on a percentage of the labor they perform The price still adds up to the advertised price of $199 .95 installed plus the security module. I talked to the tech who installed the starter to confirm the time it took to do the installation.  According to security footage the car took well over an hour to do.  We were surprised when Matthew's wife called ta complain because [redacted] was telling Rob that he was happy the car got done so fast and was excited to return as soon as he could to put new speakers in and rain guards. He would have to split these purchases between paychecks. I have sent a copy of the website that clearly states" ' bypass module additional charge if required" I also reached out to [redacted] and [redacted] on 12/18/2017 in which we had an intelligent conversation where both the store manager and I asked them to bring down the vehicle to have us work out the issues.  I also explained to [redacted] that at no time was there a hammer used to work on the vehicle she said, I must have misunderstood what my husband said.  I asked her to remove that statement from her comments because it was false.I also talked to [redacted] about the stores policy and damage done on customers cars. Every installer knows that if they damage ANY PART of a customer's car they are to orfer a replacement part be ! re the car is even finished and the part is covered by the store and ,here is NO repercussions to t j at installer. However, if the installer damages the customers car and allows it to leave with that do I age then the installer will pay for the damaged part. This policy hasf been in affect for years. Ever;y installer points out damage to the vehicle to the garage manage?? before they continue to work on the vehicle. This procedure eliminates this type of situation. It is also why we asked  that [redacted] and [redacted] to bring the vehicle back to have us look at the dotage that we are discussing now.
