The gym name changed from LA Boxing to UFC Gym but the business is the same and under the same ownership as before. We just updated logo and branding.

Crediting back only the late fee after charging over 800 dollars after the contract should have been up is unacceptable. The card on file and sign up was done by my mother who is Russian and speaks little to no English. She had no idea membership would continue past the one year. You have records and can clearly see we did not attend the gym after the first year. NOT ONCE. The contract also shows a minor as the contracted which obviously shows you the flaws in the way you process your memberships. I ask again for a full refund of the 826.00 and last payment of 69.00 made the 13th of April. Since you can clearly see the membership was not used and you did not suffer any expenses from this situation or membership I do not understand the hesitation is writing this matter.
