We offered a free gift with purchase that became out of stock due to popularityOur staff worked quickly to offer another gift with purchase of of our most popular products with an even higher value of the original setWe received a phone call from the complainant and she expressed her
disappointment in one of the products that was offered in place of the original setWe listened to all feedback and apologized that the original set was unavailable (while supplies last as per our terms and conditions) We came to an agreement via phone to send an extra product of her choice as well as samples and we were able to come to a satisfactory and positive resolution

Let me repeat after the item was out of stock Ouidad sent me every day the same E mail stating I could have the non existent gift with purchase. This is WRONG!
