I purchased a RMotoGP Edition on 3/8/ Since I was an out of state buyer I crossed my T's and dotted my I's before making the almost hr drive to purchase the bike At 1st the sales manager was helpful, but quickly became annoyed when I was asking about service records which he told me he could provide, until less than hr before my trip this became proprietary information Through our conversation we had many discussions about what had, and had not been done to the bike I was told of after-market items (Bazzaz fuel management system and turn signals), the fact that this was all that had been done was confirmed numerous times Upon purchasing the bike I realized the tires were mismatching and a touring tire had been install on a sport bike, I accepted this as my oversight and moved on Digging further I learned the baffles had been taken out of the exhaust, the battery died after hours, and the bike had been lowered Upon taking the bike to have these items corrected I was told the kickstand was also replaced and with the bike at stock height the stand is too short I have absorbed over $in costs (New ties, battery, and shop costs), and have asked the dealer to at a minimum (more in good faith) send me a OEM kickstand ($cost to them) Pathetically their response is it was a used bike, and we are not willing to do anything else This response was reiterated after explaining to them how these questions had been asked prior to purchase, and I was told all other aspects of the bike were stock
I urge/warn any potential buyer to steer clear of this dealer as they are unethical and do not take responsibility for their actions/words Being located close to so many military men and women, and lower income individuals who per comments from the sales manager while signing papers they prey on, it is clear they have zero integrity or care for their fellow men and women
