I started Extreme Systems 10 Years ago this month very aware of how inconsiderate, selfish, and illogical the "customer" could be at times. I can honestly say with this ridiculous situation I brought it uponmyself for not putting an end to it a year ago and demanding [redacted] lose his money or payoff...

his balance. I believe in the good of people most days - specifically that when they make a commitment to something theystick to it. On 2/27/13 [redacted] asked me to build him a system detailing the components he required. I do not offer a "layaway" plan, I do not have paperwork that reads as such, and it was not sold as such. It wasan agreement that [redacted] would like to pay $50-$100 every few weeks until it was paid off. We pulled those components and sadly still have the ability to provide each and every one of them - [redacted] seemed shocked, a few weeks ago, when he blurted out because he didn't see the parts in the store (as if he knows anything about how I stock this store) that I should automatically just give him his money back. During the last 2 years [redacted] made 10 payments from $25.00 to $100.00 for a total of $500.00. All appear to be Debit Card transactions. Most interesting is the fact that the last time we saw [redacted] pay any money on this was on May 2nd, 2014. 9 Months have passed. Now to be accused of "fibbing" and this disrespectful tone of this entire complaint really makes me want to do something that I will regret. The concept of "the customer is always right" is such a flawed concept in today’s society.
