Ms*** did sign a contract Attached please find a copy.We provided what was promised, we registered and paid for her domain ***, we will host her site so long as she keeps it current with *** and we developed an *** associate site for her I urge you and your readers to view *** and possibly shop through it to help Ms***.The internet is the best invention of modern times However, it is not magicLike any business you must advertise it to be a successWhether you do it yourself or hire a professionalMs*** can open a google by business account for free, list her site on ***, *** or ***, list it on her ***, inform her *** following etc

BFG World Wide, LLC develops web sites for the world wide web Among other things we sell and build websites or people whom wish to participate in the *** Affiliate/Associate programs We are not *** and do not represent that to our customers The $price for the site
pays for the domain name, creation of the website (including the *** plug-ins) and hosting as long as the domain name is maintained by our customerAnnual domain name registration is approximately $per year In other words, the cost of the website and hosting is very reasonable Everyone is told that success or failure is determinate upon how one advertises their site on the internetSome people have the expertise to promote their sites while other do notHowever, if you do not advertise your site, no one will see itThe cost of the site does not include the cost of advertisingIf someone does not have expertise to promote their own site, they must seek that help elsewhereThis is analogous to opening a store frontIf you do not have a yellow page ad, TV ad, newspaper ad or even a sign out front, how is someone supposed to find you? We are very careful to disclose to potential customers that this is a requirement to successIf the customer does not want to pay for advertising from us, they are free to do that with any of the thousands of SEO providers on the internet. We also show all customers a sample site so that they know up front exactly what they are buyingWe also show customers our website which has our e-mail address and phone number on itMore importantly, if you call within three days of buying your sight we most certainly return your moneythat is because this condition is written directly in every contract signed by everyone of our customersEVERY CUSTOMER SIGNS A CONTRACTWe do not charge them if they don'tFurther, it makes no sense not to refund someone who calls in a timely mannerWe care about our reputation and we most certainly do not wish to be a company known for ripping people off. Finally, I do not understand this customer's statement that "I did not get the ton for a refund." Generally speaking, if they cancel withing the time frame in the contract, customers get a refund of the purchase priceHowever, it does appear that this customer did get a refundWe do not understand what else this person seeks

Ms***'s Complaint to the Revdex.com is premature Every sale at BFG World Wide grants the customer a three day right of rescission Ms*** called our offices three and a half (3.5) hours after we closed last night; and curtly demanded a refund As soon as our
customer service people came into work, WE REFUNDED HER PROMPTLY and informed her of the refund Nevertheless, she has chosen to make spurious complaints to the Revdex.com and others.Ms***'s accusations are without merit BFG World Wide does not misrepresent that it works with Amazon.comwe simply build websites for people whom want to take part in the Amazon.com associate program who cannot build the websites themselves. Our work is exemplary I invite you to review it by visiting http://deathstardiscounts.comA site our programmers created for an Amazon.com associate

Initial Business Response /* (1000, 6, 2015/11/06) */
Mr. [redacted]'s vehicle was parked illegally on the public street and was towed by Denver ROWE (Right OF Way Enforcement Officer) during the Bronco game at [redacted] Denver. Mr. [redacted] called on Monday November 2nd at 10:22 am, and...

requested to speak to a Manager in regards to his car being towed. FULL CONVERSATION is recorded and can be produced if needed. Mr. [redacted] stated that he had just moved to Colorado from Michigan and did not know that he needed a parking permit to park at the location his car was IMPOUNDED by Denver. He states that he did not have a parking permit because no one told him that he needed a parking permit. I would like to point out that there is a sign on 17th and Julian which is placed by the City and County of Denver (Please click the following link for google maps and you will see the sign: https://www.google.com/maps/@39.XXXXXXX,-105.XXXXXXX,3a,15y,6.12h,86.29t/data=!3...
The signs clearly state A permit parking ONLY. However, this is an issue between Mr. [redacted] and City and County of Denver. We have no authority to do ANYTHING other then tow the vehicle that the law enforcement agent tells us to tow.
Mr. [redacted] states in his complaint that "They towed my car and would not release it to me"
As stated above this vehicle was IMPOUNDED by the City, once the vehicle is Impounded we have NO authority to release any vehicle, which was clearly explained to him at the scene and also on the phone conversation on November 2nd. He then stated on the phone, "When you get the impound slip on the car you can throw it away if you want to." We tried to explain that once a vehicle has an impound slip we have no choice but to tow it and that it is not our decision or choice. He then stated, " I watch all these tow shows and I see them throw that St out all of the time. Your guy said he cant do that and that's bull." Unfortunately this is not a TV show and the police are really the police in this situation they had his vehicle impounded. As stated above, this issue is totally between Mr. [redacted] and the City and County of Denver as they are the one that had it impounded to the Denver police facility.
Mr. [redacted] then stated on the recording that, "I am going to go and make the worst comment I can about your company." In which we replied that we had no choice and that this is an issue between him and the City of Denver. He then stated that he use to tow in Michigan and he knows and that we can go and get F*ed! Again all this is on recording and can be produced to anyone that would like to listen.
Furthermore, Mr. [redacted] states in his complaint that "...scratched my car on the right rear about 10"." ' Once I got to pick my car up there is a 10" scratch that needs to be fixed! I have a $40000 car with a scratch from the "extreme towing company". I call a supervisor the next day and says they never did that." Clearly Mr. [redacted] is a liar because at NO POINT in the 12 minute conversation on the phone did Mr. [redacted] ever say anything about a scratch at all. Again phone conversations are recorded. I would like to point out to Mr. [redacted] that it is against law to place false accusations against a company and that we will take legal action if need be to defend our credibility by his defamation of our company.

Initial Business Response /[redacted]/
Mr. [redacted] vehicle was towed on X-XX-XXXX as he describes and he did in fact pick up his vehicle the next day. Storage starts on the day that the vehicle arrives on our facility, so he was given a day free. If you rent a storage unit or even an...

apartment you are charged per day, not per 24 hrs. Mr. [redacted] was given a business card which shows all the fees including storage. Furthermore, there are no sign signs relating to his tow stating anything about when storage starts as each contracted tow is different. Mr. [redacted] was quoted $200 for his tow, storage, and tow out to his location. The PUC rate for towing, that is regulated, is $145.00 hook up and $30.00 per day, Mr. [redacted] was only charged $55 for the tow and $14 for storage, which is an exceptional contracted price.
Initial Consumer Rebuttal /[redacted]/
(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
First of all I am Miss [redacted]. I WAS NOT given a business card which shows fees. If I was given a day free I would not have paid anything. The only thing I received was a "ticket" which had $55 written on it. I was not quoted any prices by anyone.
You may want to get your information correct about what was actually told and given to your customers.
I did not call your tow company. They showed up when the police called for a tow.
However, I would never voluntarily call your tow company nor refer your company.
The tow driver was friendly but everyone else was very unprofessional including the gentleman who called me early the next morning to solicit my business for the onsite collision repair.
Final Consumer Response /[redacted]/
(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
I disagree and I have no reason to lie. When I rode with the tow driver, I was in a back part that is probably for employees only and that is where the sign said storage fees start after 24 hours.
And the tow driver was more interested in getting me to let him take my vehicle to your lot instead of towing it somewhere else saying my insurance would not pay for it if he towed me somewhere else and that I would have to pay out of pocket if he took it anywhere other than Extreme Towing.
And I do not care how you word it, the vehicle was towed AFTER your business was closed and picked up as soon as you opened the next morning - that is not 2 calendar days but really approximately 16 hours which is not even 1 complete day.
Final Business Response /[redacted]/
It seems to me that we have to agree to disagree in regrinds to the facts. Drivers are paid on the total amount of the tow, no storage. The driver was trying to help you, because if he was looking out for himself he would have towed it somewhere other then to our shop, as he would have charged you millage on top of the tow fee of $55.00. You are more then welcome to come and show me where there's a sign stating about storage and I will gladly reimburse you $14.00.

BFG World Wide performed as promised and developed a basic [redacted].com Associate site for Mr. [redacted]...   Please see the URL: http://www.[redacted].com/.  An [redacted] Associate website allows its owner to sell [redacted].com products for a commission of 4-10% for each item they sell for [redacted] by...

promoting their website.  At the time of the sale it was explained that Mr. [redacted] can advertise the site on his own through social media, network marketing, or any other means he desires.  Or he could purchase additional advertising at his own discretion from a third-party.  He was also informed that a third-party advertising adviser would call him and discuss advertising options for his new business, which from his complaint sounds like that happened.  Mr. [redacted] is under no obligation to advertise his site from any third-party advertiser.  However, [redacted] Associate sites are like any business.  If you do not market it; either on your own or through a third-party; no one will shop at your store. Contrary to Mr. [redacted]'s assertions, his site was created in 5 business days as promised.  Also, we have no record that Mr. [redacted] sent us an e-mail.  Mr. [redacted]'s bank did not allow him to referse the charge because they felt we delivered the product that he agreed to purchase.  In closing, BFG works hard to service its customer base.  It does not help our business if we do not provide the services requested. Some people are successful in business while others are not.  However, we cannot develop websites upon the speculation that one person's performance and ideas will be successful over another's.  You must advertise and work hard to make a business successful. We simply cannot refund people on the basis that they were not successful.
