This customer did place an order with us on 3/6/and approve shipping charges 3/16/We then advised one of the items is back ordered until June 1stWe have NOT charged the customer anything at any point due to this back order nor do we ever charge customers until the items are available and ready to ship (this is our company policy)Customer has relayed being upset at delay and we do certainly appreciate that it can be annoying when a company does have an item on back orderWhile we make every attempt at keeping items in stock delay do on occasion occur and we regret having to hold up the order weeksThat being said almost all companies at one time or another do incur back order issuesWe certainly do not believe a customer that has not been charged any money and is awaiting a back order item is cause for a Revdex.com disputeWe regret that the customer has taken this action but other than our apology, which is genuine and sincere, there is no remedy on our part to be taken; no money to be refunded as she was never chargedIf we had a way of getting the item sooner we surely would have done so

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], Extreme Toys SHOULD have contacted ME via phone or email (they have both the phone number and email address) to let me know of the situation, as this is not the best way of treating costumers by keeping them uninformed. Now I was really embarrassed as I could not give this present to my dearest friend on time of his birthday. I need this order CANCELLED and a letter of cancellation sent to me via MAIL (address below).

Review: I purchased product from Extreme Toys LLC on March 6th. on March 15th I contacted them regarding a status of delivery, they replied that they emailed me a few times (I never received any emails from them) and they need more money (delivery charges), I accepted the 30$ delivery charge. they said that I will receive the package within a week.

I have not receive my product yet, nor they reply to my emails regarding the issue.

I feel I have been scammed. Upsetting.Desired Settlement: I would like to get either the product, as this was suppose to be a birthday present which is in the past now :(, or a full refund (doubled).
