They will not answer or give a call back when I try to contact them to stop any further charges to my credit card. I've let the phone ring for hours.
free trail of product for the first 14 days pay shipping only $6.95. Cancels within the first 14 days not to billed on a monthy membership at a rate of $89.95. I've tryed to contavt them five days in a row and waited on the phone for 3-5 hours for the next available cutomer service agent.Also pressed the prompt for them to contact me at my number once a agent was available and now its been going on to be the 13th day and never heard a thing from them.
I don't want any type of membership from them and don't want my credit card charged monthly.

After reviewing Mr. complaint we would like to apologize for the misunderstanding. We have searched out database with all the information provided and it seems Mr. is not one of our customers. The name of our company is Extreme Fit, not Extreme Fit Shops. Also, our trial price points are $4.95 for shipping and handling and the retail price of our product post-trial is $79.95. We apologize for any inconveniences this may have caused and we hope Mr. finds a quick solution to his issue.
