                                        ... 04/04/2017   Response:   We did refund this customer’s money with our check #[redacted] that cleared our bank on August 18, 2014.  The reason for the delay in refunding the customer’s money immediately was due to a problem with our merchant service provider not getting the authorized refund issued as directed. This is why we refunded the $123.26 with a corporate check. Since I did not know that the customer contacted the Revdex.com, I had no reason to ask them to email them advising  that they had received a refund in full. A minor disappointment that this was not done, however it’s totally understandable as they had already invested too much valuable time dealing with a problem caused through no fault of their own. We are sincerely sorry that we put them through this ordeal, something we would never knowingly do to anyone, let alone a Wonder Shower customer.    It was an honest mistake due to the large back order wait list we had at that time, their order had erroneously been included on our wait list and the customer was charged when we were able to ship orders for that model. To make matters worse the Wonder Shower that we did ship was lost/misplaced (?), as were several other orders shipped the same day, that had we had to reship. Eventually (3-4 weeks) the misplaced/lost orders were returned to us without explanation.     Until I received a Revdex.com email a few days ago I wasn’t aware of any Revdex.com letter or notice that we had a customer with an unresolved problem or I would have responded immediately.  We did refund the money as soon as possible, as we would with any customer with this kind of problem in accordance with our customer service policy, “the customer is always right.”     Thank you for bringing this situation to our attention, we pride ourselves on our sterling customer service record, continually hearing from customers how impressed they are with how well they were taken care of. Top notch, “second to none” Customer service has been and always will be a top priority for us, we have been blessed with hundreds of thousands of happy, satisfied customers and to my knowledge don’t have any unhappy or unsatisfied customers.   Side note: to the customer (if you read this response). Your Wonder Shower is designed to be repaired if over time it should spring a leak, needs to be fixed ASAP. We provide customers with everything needed to repair their leaking Wonder Shower at no cost to them. I sincerely urge you contact us immediately should you have any problem with your gold Wonder Shower, we will gladly get you whatever is needed to fix the problem quickly and efficiently.
