Good Afternoon,I am shocked by the poor choice of adjectives used in the email by Marcia C***I was hired by Marcia C*** from Extreme Realty In fact, I was referred to her by a previous colleague Marcia called me to coordinate the event. She had no idea of how an event should be run and the work it entails I completed everything as stipulated in the contract between Marcia C*** and myself I coordinated airlines, contracts, hotels, and more I even created a transportation pick up and the running order for the show I can submit documentation for all Everything was done via email and phone communication I can also provide character witnesses and numbers for the entertainers for you to reach out to I did everything that I stated that I would have done in the beginning Marcia C*** made up her mind months leading into the show to cut my pay She hired a young lady who lied to her about how an event should be run The lady had no previous experience Ms.C*** choose to listen to the young lady's advice instead of mine As she was local and I wasn't Plus she had a feisty personality that perhaps scared Ms.C***This young lady ruined the show.I communicated with the Travel Agent I sent her all of the information I found the travel agent I communicated with the hotel. It was referred to me by one of the performers Ms.C*** even received a discount.I created the running order, I created the travel itinerary, I created the transportation pick up list, I communicated with all parties verbally and in writing I created the budget for the show, I spoke with the vendors, I have lists and lists of items that I can you.I don't understand the lies being told by Ms.C***I've coordinated over events I've never endured the headaches that I endured with this show and Ms.C***All of my other show were a success.Social Media promotions was not a paid duty in the contract. That was an added value, as stated in the contract she signed. It's funny that she failed to mention all of the other services I performed that wasn't on the contract. Yet, she's making up accusation. I've attached some of the paperwork I sent to the artists, Ms.C*** and her team Travel Itinerary Room list Transportation pick up list Running Order. me. I've attached our conversation. I've also enclosed it into this email. In addition, I've attached the contract she signed, when I was hired to conduct the services, in August of 2015.[redacted]

Good evening [redacted],   Please be advised of the following with regard to Complaint # [redacted], which [redacted] has lodged against my company, Extreme Realty Advance.   I engaged the services of [redacted] to assist me at coordinating an event to be held on December *, 2015, which was to feature performances by several local musicians. Although the event was to be held in New York, [redacted] is located in Florida and assured me she could coordinate and schedule all parts of the event remotely without ever visiting the venue. [redacted]'s management of the event was completely unsatisfactory and incompetent, which resulted in the entire show being a complete financial failure. [redacted] did not coordinate flights/travel properly for the musicians, or book the correct times and dates for hotel accommodations. Several of the performers did not arrive on time to the venue. None of the social media promotional materials [redacted] agreed to were ever published online. I consider [redacted]'s performance and work ethics to be entirely substandard. We engaged her services to generate income for our company, and instead we realized a complete loss.   I am also disturbed and appalled that [redacted] has lodged this complaint against my real estate brokerage business, which has absolutely nothing to do with the event I engaged her services for. The name of the entity by whom she was engaged was DVM Second Chance LLC, not Extreme Realty Advance.   Thank you, Marcia C[redacted]
