Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the offer and/or response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.I attempted to reschedule my appointment after business hours the night before but received no response to my requestExtremes showed up at *** *** ***, not *** ***, at approximately 9:a.maccording to their technicianMy appointment was scheduled for 10:a.mThus my request for cancellation is a moot issueI gave Extremes my correct addressI advised extremes that I DID NOT live at W*** *** *** *** *** is on a cornerThere is a street sign at that corner which clearly displays *** *** *** *** *** ***Had Extremes bothered to consult the street sign, which was right there, or look at a map book which I assume they would carry and use as part of their mobile detailing business, their error would be obviousI have already paid $for MOBILE detailingI am not willing to pay an additional $because Extremes cannot read a street sign

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the offer and/or response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and respond as follows: Revdex.com's initial message to me after speaking with Extremes was:  "Revdex.com spoke with the business owner regarding this case. At this time the customer's new appointment is on the books to be completed. At the time the original appointment was canceled by the customer due to a conflict of schedule. The business stated a $20 travel charge will be charged based on the terms of the [redacted] voucher and the distance to the customer's home."Extreme's said in a later response that they arrived at the incorrect address at 9:36 a.m. Above, they say that "At the time the original appointment was canceled by the customer due to a conflict of schedule." If I had effectively cancelled the app't, why did they arrive 1/2 hour early? I left a message asking to reschedule because it was supposed to rain on the day of the scheduled app't. I got no response, so the app't was not cancelled. They showed up. At the wrong time. At the wrong address. At this stage, it's a moot point however this mischaracterization of the facts is frustrating. I fail to see how an accurate mileage calculation can be done from "[redacted]" In any event, in an event to put this to rest, I will allow Extremes to keep the $20 mileage charge if they will reimburse me the remaining $75 for the voucher that I purchased for which I got zero value and 100% frustration. Please refund $75. I do not want to drive to the west end to get my car detailed by Extremes. The value of the voucher was that it was MOBILE DETAILING. I have no other business in the West End and do not want to do business with Extremes. I want a $75 refund and for this to be over. This is my final offer.

On September 20, 2016 Extremes mobile services had an appointment scheduled at 10am with Mrs. [redacted]. Our technicians arrives at approximately 9:36am and began to reach out to Mrs. [redacted] for over an 45 min with no response. At approximately 1130am Mrs. [redacted] contacted our office saying no one has shown up. We made her aware the technicians has shown up and waited and no one responded or was home. After speaking with a technician we later found out that she contacted them first a few minutes before calling the office and they had informed her that they called her as well as went to the door of the address provided and no one answered. She them informed them her roommate was at home waiting. At no point in time was the office made aware that our technicians would be meeting a third party, we had no contact information for this person at all. They told her she needed to call the office. Once she called I Mr. F** informed her that I as well as my crew had reached our multiple times with no response. She then told me that her roommate said no one came. I made her aware that we had no information to contact anyone but herself once we arrived. I had informed her when scheduling that we go over the car with you once we arrive and make sure you approve of everything when we finish and not once did she inform us she wouldn't be at home, unavailable, or that someone else would meet us. I then started that we were unable to return to her but if she wanted to bring her vehicle to be serviced we would be glad to do so.  She then stated that we never went to her home, we needed to come back. I informed her we would not be doing so because we had once been out and no one showed up. Her contact has a 24 hour cancellation policy that she didn't meet nor did she meet her appointment. Also after researching Mrs. [redacted] address is over 20 miles from the starting point, gps says exactly 25 miles from the 23059 zip code. So she would've had to pay a travel fee anyways. We've tried working with Mrs. [redacted] to resolve this issue but she is being uncooperative with our office. [redacted] coupons have a fine print that informs you of the cancellation policy as well as our office reiterates it when we schedule appointments and ask our customers to be available because we as well are on a schedule and have other customers that depend on us to be on time. We even give a 15min window after the start time of all appointments in case a customers running a few min behind. After that if we have not heard from our customer we must move on, just as the same with any other service provider.

Revdex.com spoke with the business owner regarding this case. At this time the customer's new appointment is on the books to be completed. At the time the original appointment was canceled by the customer due to a conflict of schedule. The business stated a $20 travel charge will be charged based on the...

terms of the [redacted] voucher and the distance to the customer's home.
