I am rejecting this response because: I have documents regarding my complaint, I am not able to scan and will need to mail to you regarding this complaint.  I have read his response and do not agree with it my documentation will show what really happened.  I did not know what the codes were so why would I go and say I need a catalytic converter, I am no mechanic ," what are the codes and how do I get a re-inspection sticker" is my statement.

[redacted] came in for repairs and asked how much a catalytic converter would be so she could get her car re-inspected. I told her we would check for OBD II codes. The vehicle had three codes PO 420, PO 171, PO 174. I gave her the price for the catalytic converter and also told her she may need O2...

sensors and this would be an additional cost. She said to install the catalytic converter. It was installed, road tested and code P0174 and P0171 showed up on the scanner while road testing. I told her the car had four 02 sensors that cost $70 each. She said she did not have the money. I told her to pay for the cost which was $40. I would install one sensor at my cost of $40 to her and road test the car to see if it would "get ready" to pass. It did not pass. She said she would bring car back next week she had had the money for other sensors.

Review: I went to this place for re-inspection sticker had 3 codes, catylic converter $830.00, which my car ran better before he touched, then all of a sudden the car started running hot, $185 for a hose, car still running hot, now he says the car needs a gasket.

Still not having my sticker or a better running car than when he touched it. It has damaged my car and I still don't have a current NJ sticker.Desired Settlement: I did not get what I paid for. $20 for antifreeze, $100 repair for hose which did not stop the problem not even sure if I needed it. I want my money back
