Review: In May of 2014 I changed my oil at a [redacted] in [redacted], with Mobil One oil and filled out a rebate form for a $ 20 rebate that to our recollection was never received. We are still waiting for the rebate check. Exxon was contacted earlier by my father via email regarding this issue on November 6, 2014, but they were not able to resolve. They allege that certificate was mailed to me but I do not recollect receiving any correspondence. They were asked by my father to provide proof of anyone cashing or using this ? certificate but they could not provide this proof to support this claim.Desired Settlement: They should at least comply with their promise to rebate $20 for having used their product with the oil change at their affiliated oil change site.
