I have no idea what this is for I have tried to call and inquire and I never get a response I couldn't even leave a message Could someone please call me? I purchased a logo and business cards from this company and was very pleased. However, I signed up for a domain name that was offered when I purchased the logo, and now want to point it to a Web site hosted elsewhere. Support is not answering my phone calls - all they have is a voicemail box - and they have an email address which also is not responding timely.

Their customer service is lousy - but while they are busy not responding, they keep sending me marketing emails trying to get me to buy more product from them. I am VERY frustrated with their lack of support.
