Good afternoon *** When looking into this situation we found on video where Mr*** entered our location on 5/24/and paid for $in fuel at 10:38pm with cashOur cashier tells us that he did mention that he had problems trying to use his card at the pumpMr*** wife
*** enters the store and receives $in change at 10:46pm as they had pumped only $cents of unleaded fuel from pump #04. I spoke with *** on Thursday of last week while she was out of town and I requested a copy of their bank statement showing the $debit in an attempt to get to the bottom of thisShe agreed to send that and a copy of the receipt of the transaction over to me today but I have not received those as of yetHowever, my cell phone was not operational this morning so I could have missed it, I left her a voice mail this afternoon.
