The only fact that is relevant here is that MrP*** has made it his business to cheat people, not just myselfThere are others that have had similar experience with this businessHad I researched this fact before stepping foot on his establishment, I would never had made that mistakeHe has provided nothing but a copy of a receipt for work that is still in question, since he verbally said no work was done to smaller unit except for replacing a batteryBut on paper, reflects otherwiseTherefore, I was not charged accordingly as he would like me to believeThis too will be my last response to this complaintAgain, you are nothing but a fraudAnd being dishonest never helps any legitimate business

His statement makes no sense whatsoever, being that he makes sure you sign inside the office regardless in order to pick up your atvs before you even have a chance to make sure that they are working properlySo whether they are working or not, you have already signed further proving my point of this scam! Secondly, my statement to him on the second visit was not that we could no longer turn them on...the fact is they NEVER turned on! His bogus claim of an electrical issue is insaneThese atvs don't even have a computer! But again, he probably thought me being a woman I would have no knowledge of thisHe didn't give me a free diagnostic, he conveniently waited until the warranty expired so to bring up a new problemI will not address all the inaccuracies of his supposed list of work performed on my atvsIf no reasonable solution is brought forth, I will file a police report as this is no less than an act of fraud

We would like to address the complaint initiated by [redacted], first of all we are supplying copies of the work orders done to her units. Let us first explain all the work done which is also addressed on the work order.
The first unit is a [redacted]...
[redacted]work:
bushings rear and front (this were brought in by customer still missing 4 rear 2 front)
repairded CV joints
greased rear bearings
replaced and installed new bushings 4 rear and 2front (this were ordered by company)
cleaned fuel tank
cleaned carburetor
Installed new battery
total is $870 which includes parts and labor.
2nd unit [redacted]
Tuned up carburetor cleaned fuel tank
installed new battery
total is $280 which includes parts and labor
Now with this explained the work order has her signature stating she is satisfied with the work performed and agreed to take them home.
The work has 30 days of warranty, she brought them back claiming she could no longer turn them on we agreed to check them for free. The unit with the most work done on it was turned on and we explained the second unit had a new problem which was not under our bases of warranty (the unit has no electricity on the spark plug) at this point she asked us to seize working on it and that she refused to put any more money into her ATV's and claimed we should fix any new problem without charging her. We agreed to stop working on it and let her pick them up with one unit running and the other one which had a new problem not running. We charged her nothing for the diagnosis and repair and let her pick the units up.
Here at Exxxtreme Cycles we try to help our customers this customer was charged accordingly and nothing more we tried to assist them as best possible she needs to understand her units are used and with that new problems can arise we are not responsible for any of those issues. We are not a company that points fingers but when she claims her units never started we can prove otherwise as we have her signing the satisfactory box when she initially picked them up.

If he does not guarantee work done on atvs that he hasn't sold, then he needs to stop advertising repair work to the public! He is never going to acknowledge that I do NOT want free service....I want satisfactory work! If we are speaking of witnesses, I too can attest to the fact that he admitted to not having as much knowledge on the suspension work on atvs....and I was billed for this type of work. I can only hope that he was honest and actually performed the work he accepted payment for. He has not done all he could, even refused to give me a receipt. I will not continue to play this back and forth game. He is nothing but a thief and a liar. I find it extremely hard to believe that someone of that caliber has been able to stay in business as long as he has. This issue will continue to be unresolved until he does what is fair.
We have done everything in our hands to help this customer and again her units are old used and abused, they were not purchased here and we are not responsible for new arising issues. We have been in business 10 years and are not here to scam anyone, however we will not do any free work, we performed labor and charged accordingly, and we are not refunding any funds. For her information ATV's Do have CDI Boxes (computers as many call them) that produce electricity for the units as she is mistaken with her facts. I do have witnesses that will attest her units left running the first time and the second time one of the units was driven into her trailer do not understand why she keeps claiming they never started. If there is anything further we can do please notify us.
